He was very polite and knew what had to be done, very professional in all ways. Told me what needed to be done to get the new insert order and into my window. Said it might be 2 weeks to get the order back, but they received it in one week. They called and the same technician can back that day and got the job completed. Safelite rents one or two stalls in a Good Year location so there is no office other than the bays where the work is done. The young man on duty was covering from another location because those who worked at this Weslaco location did not show up for work.
