I had a price right away and an expected installation timeframe. I have an older home so Hiram came out a second time to ensure the measurements were exact before ordering the glass. He kept me informed as to when I could expect installation. The install was extremely smooth. Hiram and his assistant were extremely professional, quiet, and asked me to check on the progress of the installation as it was taking place. He wanted to ensure I was happy and that my expectations were being met. Hiram takes a lot of pride in his workmanship. I would definitely recommend Hino Glass.

They have uploaded quite a few pictures of some of the buildings for which they provided the windows and glass. Very impressive. There are just a few parking spaces in front, but some street parking is available around the corner on Van Week. For auto-glass, you would of course use the service bay, and for windows and such they come to you. I found them on Yelp! while looking for a replacement pane of glass for a picture frame. I looked up their website and requested a quote. I was answered promptly with a reasonable price, and it was ready the very next day. The reception area is nice, and there is a comfortable sofa for seating if you happen to need it. There is a show room where you can see samples of the kinds of work they do... thick glass for shower enclosures, beveled mirrors, windows, table tops, you name it. I was obviously not their biggest client, but they were very friendly and efficient. Within a few minutes I was able to leave with the glass safely inside the frame for transport.
