I spent the morning calling around to find pricing and availability. Hugo was by far the most…read morehelpful and attentive. It's was quick and easy, and I was very satisfied with the price. Other people were rude, belittling, and condescending, just because I asked a few questions like "quality of glass" or "warranty of labor". I drove from Weslaco to Mcallen (passing a handful of glass companies) because I wanted to give Glass Ect. My business.

Got estimates from several potential providers. Custom Joe's was hundreds less so I took a chance. I am certainly glad I did. They came to the house at the appointed time, took measurements and got back to me within hours with the estimate. They ordered the glass, saying would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to arrive. Two weeks later they called to install. This is a husband and wife team and they carried out the installation quickly and efficiently -- one day not two as they'd predicted. They were clean, neat and thoroughly professional and very courteous. If I need more residential glass work, I will call them again and I feel comfortable giving them a strongly positive recommendation.

This has caused so much strain to our Mother and her home. The times they have come out to do their "patch repair jobs" we are never notified or told when they will appear - we would like to know when they come out so that we can have someone available to speak to. Mr. Salinas came out a few weeks ago to assess the damage made inside the home after a bad storm and all they did was assess and never heard from them again. I have made multiple calls and have left multiple messages to Mr. Salinas and Soraida and nothing. At this point I just want the portion they worked on redone!!! Review: My home was painted by Armored Painting. Every encounter I've had with Nelson and his crew have been positive. They are honest, hardworking people and they were cautious to make sure our dogs were safe before opening gates, etc. my wife was extremely complimentary to them due to the conscientious nature of the crew. My house looks phenomenal as well. Any questions/requests I had were immediately addressed. Oh and they came when they said they would, one day when the wind was 30mph they rapidly decided that it was a bad idea to be 30+ft up on a ladder (This was a wise decision). The next day, they were back at it again. This was my first experience where a contractor actually showed up religiously when he said he would. If I have issues, I'm confident Armored Painting will stand by their work. I don't expect issues as everything looks great. I will likely hire him again for the interior areas of my house that I want to refinish. I'm not adding pictures as it's the exterior of my house.

I was worried that I would be outside of their service area (being more than an hour away), but was pleasantly surprised when they said they would come look at my garage door. They came out later the same day, figured out what part would be needed, and were willing to come back the same day! I actually needed to be somewhere else, so I asked if they would come the next afternoon (today). They were here on time with the necessary parts and fixed my garage door within 40 minutes! They also went above and beyond in greasing the various parts of the door so that it wouldn't be as loud when opening and closing. All in all, this company is prompt, courteous, hardworking, and offers very reasonable rates. 5/5 would recommend.
