Patrick is as honest and trustworthy as they come, and has the skills to match. I am constantly impressed with the quality of his work, and the care and pride that he puts into each and every job. He has done at least 40 separate projects for me in the past 2 years. These jobs range from entire property painting, to simple plumbing tasks, electrical work, custom cabinet work, to partial remodels. His intelligence and creativity shine through his unique approaches to installations and repairs. He tries to always be there when the customer needs him, even when it isn't always the most convenient. He has a fine attention to detail that you will notice with his paint jobs, staining, and carpentry. He cares about doing things using the proper methods, and doesn't take shortcuts just to close jobs out quickly. He never overcharges his customers, and strives to make them happy and maintain the relationship. Too bad there aren't six stars to give, or I would.

This has caused so much strain to our Mother and her home. The times they have come out to do their "patch repair jobs" we are never notified or told when they will appear - we would like to know when they come out so that we can have someone available to speak to. Mr. Salinas came out a few weeks ago to assess the damage made inside the home after a bad storm and all they did was assess and never heard from them again. I have made multiple calls and have left multiple messages to Mr. Salinas and Soraida and nothing. At this point I just want the portion they worked on redone!!! My wife and I moved to Texas from California. Yippee. Texas is awesome compared to California. I…read morewill miss the California weather but I wont miss the California drama. We were blessed to purchase a new home in Tres Lagos (Great Community). I have learned rather quickly that Texas and California really do business differently. In California when you call to have something done on your home the business your working with will come to your residence and get started with the job you have asked quotes for if you agree on their terms. I've learned here. "In the Valley," the business you call come or they don't. I've had several appoints be cancelled at the last minute or the vendor in question just doesn't show up at all. This is my experience. Your experience may be totally different but so far I have seen a laid back approach when it comes to the Valley and business coming on time as promised. When we moved into the area a neighbor recommended I get rain gutters installed on my home as soon as possible. Normally I wouldn't think anything about rain or rain gutters. I'm from California. It never rains in southern California. I experience my first rain storm here in the Valley. Holy Crap. I thought Noah's Ark was coming down the street. It was actually cool. I loved it but the rain storms I have seen so far are no joke. I'm not familiar with the area so I always go to Yelp for assistance in these matters. That is were I found Phenix Remo and Roofing RGV. Brian, the owner of Phenix Remo and Roofing RGV contacted Ricardo Saenz the owner of Done Rite Seamless Gutters. Ricardo arrived at my home on time. The work Ricardo did with his work crew was exquisite. The job was done quickly and professionally. Ricardo was excellent. Ricardo reminded me of Lou Ferrigno (For the younger generation. The guy who played the original incredible Hulk on TV). Meaning this guy was cut like a switchblade. My wife kept coming outside to look at the gutters being installed. Really woman? I just tried to suck my stomach in while I was talking to Ricardo. I also made sure I did not make Ricardo mad in anyway:). All kidding aside. Ricardo did an excellent job and his price was reasonable. Thanks Lou. I mean thanks Ricardo. If you need rain gutters and you want them installed professionally call Ricardo. Ricardo and his crew will do a professional job at a fair price. PS: They will also show up on time.....
