The person who answered the phone didn't have an idea themselves. In fairness they claimed to be new but from a customers perspective it's importan to know what I'm getting for my money. I'd like to see more clarity in the packages and services offered. That being said, I can say that without a doubt the service itself was upstanding and extremely professional. When they arrived they notified me that they only had 1 person to do the job instead of the 2 people which they state they typically arrive with. The gentleman who arrived was on time, stayed beyond the expected timeframe to ensure that there was nothing overlooked. I was impressed by this as my initial experience so felt a bit lacking. I'd certainly say that services provided seemed fairly priced and the service received was certainly to expections.
