I've had a couple of frustrating experiences at Discount Tire recently that have really shaken my…read moreconfidence in this location. During a previous visit, the technicians reinstalled my rims but ended up damaging two of the center hub caps. These rims are expensive, and the only response I received was a simple apology. There was no real effort to address the damage or make it right. Then on another visit I came in for something very basic -- a fix-a-flat. Before they even started, the employee who greeted us began inspecting other parts of my truck like the wiper blades and generally looking over the vehicle as if he were doing a full inspection. At first I didn't think much of it, but later they told me one of my rims supposedly had a surface crack and said they would have to tow my vehicle unless I purchased a new set of wheels. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily pressured. I came in for a simple repair and instead felt like I was being pushed toward an expensive purchase. Between the damage done to my rims on a previous visit and the pressure during the most recent one, it's hard to trust bringing my vehicle back here.

This time they kept adding charges and fees to my account that it was not even funny. At one point my account was down to 140 and the next week it was over 300. Not sure who was pocking and the staff except for the grunt that actually installed the tires were rude, disrespectful and just a bunch of A holes especially Jose Godinez I think he is the assistant manager. Some of their tires might be a little high-priced but I think you get what you pay for. Even though some of those tires might be high-priced they are worth every dollar. From the get go, Carlos made it very clear that transparency was his #1 priority and delivered it every step of the way. He was eager to help and made the whole process feel so relaxed. When I initially didn't find any cars that fit my preference, Carlos offered to bring in some from other locations that did, without any pressure to commit. What really impressed me was how much he advocated for me, coordinating with his team to work out the best deals like securing a lower car note and pushing for a zero down payment. He was even able to find affordable insurance for me! On top of that, he was super responsive, keeping me updated and addressed any concerns I had. You were really able to see how much he cares about his clients. He definitely made the entire experience feel like I had a friend helping out rather than just a salesman. And to complete my dream team, Carlos introduced me to Stephanie in finance. She was an absolute gem. She broke everything down so clearly, from understanding the pricing, payments, and optional coverage. Considering all of that was unfamiliar territory, she did a great job at making sure I never got lost in the process. She was extremely considerate when it came to finding me coverage that still fit within my budget. On top of that she shared a few tips that would help in the long run. All her help was a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm really grateful she was able to help me secure that safety net without stretching my wallet too thin. Between Carlos and Stephanie, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. So whether you're also a first time buyer or just looking for a great deal, these are the people you want by your side. I've already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. They truly made this experience stress free and memorable. A big thank you again to both of them! :)
