At this point, I genuinely have to ask -- are you rebuilding engines or just doing an oil change? Because this definitely isn't the quick, convenient service that's being promoted. If customers are going to wait this long, expectations need to be set honestly instead of advertising speed that clearly isn't happening. I let them know, I was not able to pick them up it up right away, as I was scheduled to work during the week. Management were easy to deal with, and very professional. I felt safe leaving my car in there hands, and leaving it om thier lot over night. I recieved a phone call the next day, they were already finished! I habe an older vehicle, its not always easy to find parts needed. They were able to help, without a problem. They did their free visual brake check advising my brakes still had 3-4 years life to my brakes. They could have easily said I needed get them replaced asap citing with Sears, just to make a sale.
