Great pricing and they took great care of us right from beginning until the end. The only issue with this whole thing is that my review had to be more than 85 characters. read more

I am very disappointed with the lack of attention and urgency at this location. I had a scheduled appointment, but when I arrived, Ernesto told me it would be an additional 45-minute wait before they could get started. Unfortunately, it ended up taking an hour and a half after my appointment time just for them to touch my truck. In total, I was at the shop for two hours for a straightforward repair. Having an appointment should mean your time is respected, but that was not the case today. read more

What is going on with this shop? The mistakes they've been making lately are so basic, yet they put people's lives at risk. We have several vehicles--spanning both our family and our business--registered under this company's accounts. A year ago, I bought new tires, and they failed to tighten the lug nuts on one of them. It was a terrible experience. This week, we brought in a daycare van, and the exact same thing happened. The worst part is that they refuse to admit their mistakes and insist that it's your fault. read more

Quick, friendly service every time I visit them for any issues. I happen to have the extended warranty for all of my tires and never have issues getting them rotated or fixing any flats. I usually make an appointment online or over the phone and I am seen almost right away. 8/25/2014: Visited them again this past weekend with no appointment and was out in less than 20 minutes. Very cool. I just called and asked them if they could take in a tire rotation. Guy told me they weren't too busy and could take care of it quickly. They definitely did. read more

During the past 10 years I have always bought my tires at Discount Tire. They have exceptional service and friendly customer service reps. The prices are reasonable and installation is quick and painless. With different financing options buying tires is available for everyone. The only negative about this place is the lack of public wifi. Then again I guess you can't have everything. read more

Ok so yesterday my wife came home told me "low tire pressure" light was on. I went to check and sure enough I found a nail in her tire. Her SUV has those "Run Flat" tires so not all shops can repair it. I planned to take it to Volvo so they could fix it, I made an appt. Through the app. Then we went to pick up some food and she asked if we could take it to Discount Tire. I stopped in to ask. He said yes, they could repair it, the shop was super clean and the people were super friendly. I asked what the normal charge was for tire repair, he said there was NO CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR! (What?) So we walked next door to get some food, when we sat down I had a text letting me know I could track the repair progress right there on my phone, well seemed to be about 15-20 mins later I get a text saying my car was ready! ... we hadn't even gotten our food yet! It seems like customer service is going downhill at most places now a days.. Not there! They even replaced the tire valve. So I am very happy with Discount Tire, and Julia's tire is as good as new. Guess where I'm going to recommend to anyone looking for new tires or service... DISCOUNT TIRE. read more

The Customer Service at Discount Tire from Austin to Weslaco is AWESOME 99.99% of the time. Today was no exception. I believe the person who assisted me today was a Manager. He was great! Great customer service, fixed my vehicle, replaced my tire, went above and beyond dealing with my TMPS light ... it was a complete pleasure. Thank you! read more

Joe the manager down in Weslaco is not a customer friendly man. I stopped in to have my tire pressures check and was told it would be a long time to get to it. Bays were wide open, I went to Goodyear and they did it immediately.. Guess is getting the rest of my business. read more

Thank you LUIS for helping my Grandma with her flat tire today, you are awesome

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I've been here 3 times because of the proximity to work but have been so disappointed each time. Just make the drive to one of the other valley locations. I waited an hour and 20 min today, saw people come in and out and got no apology when I asked for my keys so I could leave. read more

Had a nail in the tire. They fixed it for free. They were friendly and fast. Really great service.

Everytime I pass this place, I turn to whoever I'm with and tell them how amazing this place is. Their customer service is the best I've seen down here in the Valley. They check your tires and fix all flats for free. I've gone here several times to have my tires looked at and even though I haven't had to buy anything, will make sure to do so from this location. read more

Had a blow out on the expressway and was towed in by insurance. On the way, I called in to check on warranty. Upon arrival they had everything ready and I didn't have to pay anything. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this place. read more

If you want GREAT customer service, THIS is the place. They price-matched the tirebuyer quote I had and that saved me $100. Tirebuyer was the lowest price I had found for the tires I needed. Sweet! read more

This is as dishonest an operation as I have ever seen. January 2015 I bought 4 tires and rims, total $2,094. I was going to pay cash but they assured me that with their Synchrony Bank Credit card, it would be NO interest. Sounded like a good deal. WRONG!! Monthly payments of $110 per month. After the $2,094 is paid I find that after 12 months interest jumps to over 25%. I ended up paying $3,000.00. read more
