It was a terrible experience. This week, we brought in a daycare van, and the exact same thing happened. The worst part is that they refuse to admit their mistakes and insist that it's your fault.

Anyhow, Pueblo tried to charge my mother-in-law almost $1100 for 2 tires and an alignment on a minivan. The tires were $125 a piece mind you...because he 'thought' she was a Winter Texan. It was early in the morning, and they had a coffee machine in the side room with no coffee, and garbage around that area. TV in waiting room, and a round table to sit at. They rotated and balanced my tires for $50. I asked that the tires all be filled to 35 psi. I noticed after getting home that the tires all looked flat, and they were at 30 psi. So I still need to go back and have them top off my tires. Low tires can probably do damage just as much as overinflated tires can do.
