Ordered some new run flats from Simple Tire; the customer service rep said the place I originally planned to have them installed at said they didn't know how to install run flats on a BMW so they contacted RAW, who did have the capability. Brought my car down to RAW a few weeks later and they got it installed pretty quickly by Merv. Monique handled customer service/admin for me at the front desk and was very friendly and a great conversation partner. Have been driving with my new tires for 3 weeks now with no issues! I only knocked off a star because they must've misread the tire pressure label; it's supposed to be 32psi on the front tires and 38 on the rear, but when I checked my pressure a day after driving off, it was reversed. No biggie though, all I had to do was bleed out the excess pressure on the front tires and top up the rear tires, which took all of 5 min. read more

Came in today to make first payment and Toni and his staff where awesome they checked the tire pressure on my car to make sure everything was good. They ask how my car was running with the new rims on it and they also wanted to make sure I went and got my Tires rotated so they can continue to ride nice.If your indeed of some Tire and rims this is your best choice! I brought five cars up there to get tires and rims and the employee lied and said we was trying to fight her, when she has had it out for me for almost a year. Who would bring people up there to give ALL their info....(addy, ss#, references, and copy of license and registration) if they was trying to fight. You would really be dumb. I advise no one to go her unless you want some backyard deals. Yes I have seen plenty of under handed stuff at this place. They tell you they fixing your stuff for free and you get charged on the back end. And when you need to use your warranty they find a way to get out of you using it. And the district manager is no better. He don't help the customers either. You legit telling me people who gives all their info at a place just to start a fight. You are walk the police to your front door. And when I ask the district manager to review the camera he refuse too. When I arrived with the customers I brought I address the MANAGER and he told me to make sure everyone does at the proper paperwork. And make sure I only deal with the one employee I am suppose to, but I see why your product has walked off. Check your people and ya cameras. SMH read more

If you're Looking for wheels and tires Rent-A-wheel is the way to go! Tony ,the manager, has great customer service and knowledge about what wheels and tires that would fit my car. I got some great looking custom wheels and tires and for a good price, he showed me a variety of wheels that I could choose from and even let me see them next to the car so I could make a choice and tps sensors were switched over to the new wheels I chose. I am extremely happy about my purchase all of the staff were very nice also! read more

I bought rims and tires from this company almost three months ago. The installer scratched a rim.. To this day it has not been replaced. Every time that I go by the stories change to why the rim is not here. Don't wait for them to call you as they say because it has never happened. The manager of the store in Augusta ga . Wow what can I say thats nice.. He hides in the office and I will leave it at that. My next step is to call the local news channel here that exposes wrong doings. I been a customer with this location for years in Augusta, GA. I got a flat tire on my car. I called and talked to Cam and he said no problem Ms. English we are on the way. Merv came and got me off the side of the road. When I got there Mack, the store manger, made sure they took great care of me. I love this location and everyone here. I had a blow out a few weeks back and was able to speak with Chris who helped me get not only one tire replaced and fixed but all four, I would honestly recommend this place to anyone.
