After three months of PT here, nothing changed in my pain levels. They don't switch up the protocol, they don't increase the exercise or weight, they just do the same thing over and over that I could have easily done from home. They could be more friendly and personable, as well. I've been to others in the area, and will go back to them. read more

This physical therapist was recommended by the best Orthopedic surgeon in the area. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and several other complicating circumstances. I needed a total knee replacement that was not expected to go as well as it did. My knee has done VERY well due to the treatment I received during physical therapy. I am now looking forward to my second knee replacement next month with equally promising results. I have been to physical therapy at other practices and I found Rathdrum Physical Therapy to be very great to work with. The receptionist is always friendly and the experience is very personal because the practice is not a mill of people lined up for treatment. It is a relaxing experience and not stressful like other practices I have seen. I highly recommend Christopher Garrett in Rathdrum. read more

None of them were capable of helping me in fact none of them ever took an xray. Eventually my regular doctor/PA made me an appt with Dr. Arnold. 1st thing on the 1st visit I got an xray which showed I had a prominent bone spur on the afflicted food which helps to irritate the PF issue. I received a shot on the second visit, another appt was scheduled 2 weeks later but when I was interviewed by Dr. Arnold she determined since the pain was gone at that point no shot was advised. I havent been back, I have been pain free with only a minor, very minor flare up after doing things like pushing heavy wheel barrows which before ruined me for days. I can bike ride again too which is very important for me. Thank you Dr. Arnold. Office staff is very helpful and nice also.

This was my initial visit and he walked in and asked so what are you expecting us to do for you? I said I didn't know as I didn't know what all was wrong. My general doc ordered the MRI and he didn't think things were horrible but didn't know. The surgeon PA points to X-rays they took and says well this isn't an easy fix like I'm assuming you think you will be getting. I just sat there because I was there to find out what was wrong. Very strange atmosphere. Very arrogant staff. It would be nice if the tech and the dr could just show a bit of kindness and compassion to their clients.

The rule of the…read morehorseback riding trip is if the rider is a minor, then there has to be an adult accompanying him or her. My husband is probably scared of horses, so he made me signed myself up, knowing I am not fond of horse riding (the first time I was on a horse was when I was 9 years old). It was an easy find to go to the ranch. We walked into the meeting area, where we were briefed by the 2 guides about the horse and basic steps on how to maneuver with the horses in case they decide to stray off or something, but keep in mind these horses are able to keep up with single trail walking as long as they're feeling it and you as a rider aren't too nervous and tense because animals can sense your emotion, too! My horse just decided to stray off on his own for a bit, but I was able to guide him back to the group with the guide's help. My horse also decided that it was fun to run up the hill for a bit, and I was able to pull back on his reign to make him stop. Not the horse'a fault. It's animal's instinct. The part that really freaked me out most was when we all walked single line along the steep hill. I didn't want to look to my left because I didn't want to die. The horses are smart enough to not stray off from the path, so that was good. The ride is really 1 hour long like advertised in the payment. Remember that you will be greeted in the beginning, be introduced to your riding horse, be saddled up, be riding the whole way with 1 guide in the front of the line and 1 guide at the back of the line supervising, and be gone for about 1 good hour (ground level , up the hill, down the hill, then back to the ranch). The guides are really good about keeping up with the safety of the group, and the horses are good with their temperament. After the ride is over, the guides will help you get down from the horses and ask if you'd want some water and you are finished with your horse riding adventure. The horses around this ranch are muscular and well-taken care of, so .... No complain from me! Yes, my horse also wanted to snack some hay after the ride because he saw some hay from one of the stalls. I also got to see horse pooping and urinating, so how glorious was that ?

She stated that their Sales Manager had a couple digits mixed up in Allison's phone number when he tried calling earlier in the week. That means Triple Play publicly claimed they attempted to reach out and had not received a response, while the real issue was that their own staff had the wrong number -- a phone number they had access to all along through the event planning process. So again, this was not simply "confusion between pass types." This was poor communication, poor follow-through, and poor handling of a group event involving children and families. First the arcade credit issue was not handled correctly at the event. Then the follow-up was mishandled. Then it was publicly framed as if we were not responding, when in reality they had mixed up the phone number. I do appreciate that Vanessa finally spoke with Allison and that they are now working on refunding the remaining arcade credit. That is what should have happened from the beginning. But the fact remains: our group spent over $2,000, the girls were let down in the moment, we had to pay the $225 ourselves to make it right for the kids, and the follow-up only happened after multiple public responses and updates. I am glad they are finally taking steps to correct part of it, but this entire situation still shows why I would strongly warn anyone planning a group event here to get every single detail in writing, verify every promise before arriving, and make sure you know exactly who is responsible if something goes wrong.

Avoid. Their idea of physical therapy is a joke and I had zero improvement. They do charge a small fortune for their lack of services, however! I went here trying to improve my hip but they used the exact same method every time, which was the same thing I was already doing at the gym. As I watched them with other patients, I'm convinced they truly do not know what to do to improve their patients ailments. GO ELSEWHERE! Also, the entire staff could use a personality infusion. read more
