I was given 2 options regarding x-rays and even though I could have done it through my insurance the process would have taken at least 3 weeks. Here they set me up with an appointment the same day and my films were put on disk so I had them for my next visit. Everything was reviewed in detail and I was provided certain therapies to do at home and was also provided the piece for neck stretching. Treatment is very relaxing and not overly aggressive. I went in with constant headaches and after the first treatment with neck stretching they were gone. Everyone in the office is very polite, friendly and professional and they make you feel welcome. Last week I pulled my groin muscle! It didn't hurt that bad at first, so I ignored it figuring it…read morewould get better. Boy was I wrong. I hobbled in to see Dr. Bartz, he was so gentle with me and careful not to agitate my injury any further. After my adjustment, he put Biofreeze on my muscle and applied ultrasound for 10 minutes. I returned in two days able to walk in but still had limited range of motion. This visit I had an hour massage with Megan. She worked the swelling out of my muscles. After my massage I had another adjustment with Dr. Bartz. By the end of the visit I had 85% range of motion. I highly recommend Integrated Medical Center in Wildomar.
