From my first class, I felt welcomed and not judged at all. Stephanie's Sculpt class with the all the other zany 6 AM Studs is my physical, mental, and emotional therapy. I'm not a morning person, but her class gets me out of bed every day. She pushes us to our best and even if we don't specifically target core on a given day, we still leave with sore abs from all the laughter. Sierra's classes are amazing, too--always on point and perfectly structured down to every second to challenge us. Her precision in syncing with the beat of the music creates a seamless class that is both effective and enjoyable. Spin with Denise always brightens my day. She's truly a ray of sunshine. Whatever you need from your bike that day, she encourages you to take it, meeting you exactly where you are. And Kim, the owner, has been nothing but helpful, supportive, and generous. The monthly challenges and pop-ups keep it fresh and exciting. Thank you, Pure Family!

They have 2 gender neutral bathrooms with cubby in the back room. So you walk through the studio to the backroom. Meagan was so friendly and fun!!! It was amazing how much energy she has for a Sunday 7 am. So this is a work-out fellow yogis. Hot sweaty work out. I plan to return to the studio whenever i am back in the area!!!!

The first class I took was Jens Hot Yoga I was hooked. LYR is so encouraging no competition no judgement. No mirrors in studio which I love and a dark room with 3 dimmer lights. You are just concentrating on the flow. Not looking at other yogis cause you are trying to survive You forget what's going on in life, leave it on the yoga island mat at least for a hour ! I have been calling this place for 3 weeks , every time I called receptionist told me Adam takes care of this program and he's on a meeting ,,, , no matter how many messages I left for Adam,who's supposed to be the owner and manager and who is the only person takes care of this program.... He never returned any of my calls, I decided to come to the place so maybe I can talk to him in person about enrolling my son , if he's not responding back to any of my calls,! Guess what,,,, he was in the meeting again and the gym was empty , oh sorry, forgot to mention,, Wednesday 1:48 pm 2 people were playing basketball !! Obviously this person doesn't care about if you want to bring money to his business,,, and doesn't care about Special needs children !
