Worked with many trainers back home in NYC, I had to find a trainer that's worthwhile. Tried one or two trainer in San Diego but wasn't a fan, they seem to just be going through the motion and uninvested. Took what started out as a short break became a long one and just kind of lost motivation. As I gain control of my life again, I started looking for trainers and so many gimmicks came up. From boot camp type fitness to orange theory type fitness.. etc. Nothing seems genuine and straight forward, it was like all people were trying to sell you new trend or something. Then I randomly looked on Yelp to see if there anything worth looking into, Taylor's page came up. It was straight to the point, real, no hype, just simple training, no gimmicks. I was intrigued and continue reading and looking at the photos. Decided to message her to get some info. Next thing you know came to meet her at the gym and signed up. Very genuine person, focus, has so much positive energy and ample knowledge. Had a great first session and every session thereafter. I feel great everyday since training with Taylor. She pushes you without overdoing it like some trainers. It's not only a great for your physical health but mental health as well. She doesn't try to sell you anything, just tries to help you reach your goal no one else's. Amazing trainer and person. It's been 6 months now and still going strong. Extremely thankful to have met her and excited to reach my goal and then some.

Christina is absolutely AMAZING. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and thorough. She has the amazing ability to treat each and every single one of her clients as if they are her only client. Your goals become her goals. She develops thorough plans to help clients achieve their goals and she follows through with those plans. She will hold you accountable and encourage you to become the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. She is very detail-oriented and organized and she uses those skills to ensure that progress is made. I have gotten hurt when I worked with other trainers in the past, but I have NEVER gotten hurt and I have always felt SAFE with Christina. I know I can trust her. She even prescribes exercises that one can do at home to help correct issues or to help ensure continued progress. Christina has a knack for pushing you past your comfort level to a point that you would never have gone on your own, BUT she never asks you to do something unsafe that will result in injury. She has helped me to do/achieve things that I never thought I would be able to do. Other trainers don't care about your growth or progress. They are content with providing clients with the same routines. They don't care if their clients plateau. All they care about is collecting their money. Christina is not like that at all. She diligently adjusts the plans she formulates for her clients to ensure growth and progress. To her, you are not just another nameless face, you are a person who matters. Her services are superlative. The content of her character is superlative.

I got there 10 mins before the class started & it seemed a little unorganized... there was some late comers so I was overlooked and did not receive a arm monitor for the class bc some of them were not charged ?? I did like the vibe of the class although the instruction could of used a little more explaining as this was my first time attending an OT. THe class was about an hour long and it was broke up into a 3 part session of rowing, & free weight conditioning, & treadmill. The female instructor gave some input for motivation & the music was loud and encouraging! Overall, it was fun but could have been more organized at the front desk & communication about the class offering "FREE" to first timers... This part was untrue as I received an email that my daughter (the member) was charged for all those attending a cost of $12 each @ 12-15 people that did not live in the Temecula area. This was an out of town prewedding celebration event.... so that was a little discouraging. I don't believe I will be returning to an OT.

Being the newest EOS in the area, this location is cleaner, fancier, and overall just better from a…read morematerial standpoint. Unfortunately because this is the best location, everybody in a 20 mile radius wants to show up at the exact same time turning the parking lot, front entry, and weight room into a clusterf**k. Therefore, the best way to actually enjoy your workout is to show up just in that critical timeframe just after all the WFH people's lunch break ends and before the jocks get out of school. If you can get in this location outside of peak hours, everything is quite clean, somewhat spacious, and the staff are always friendly and outgoing (thanks Ian for the swag). My only issue with the Winchester location (really all EOS locations) is that when the gym is full of mouth-breathing muscle heads and climb-milling influencers, the air temperature gets out of hand. Please for the love of God crank the A/C and fans during peak hours. Sometimes this place gets hotboxed worse than several of the cars in the parking lot pre-workout and I mean with the smell of a$$ not weed...well maybe it's both. Fix the ventilation issue and I think this is probably the best gym in the area.

I have been an EOS Fitness member for over 10 years, and this has been the worst customer service…read moreexperience I've ever had. In November 2023, I purchased a personal training agreement at the Murrieta location. The very next day, my employer informed me that I would be traveling extensively for work, so I immediately returned to the gym and asked the trainer who sold me the agreement to cancel it. He assured me it was taken care of. A few months later, I was told the agreement was still active. I returned, explained the situation again, and was once again told it had been canceled. Over the next two years, I had multiple conversations with employees and managers, including Rudy, trying to get the issue resolved. Despite repeated assurances, nothing was ever fixed. Then, more than two years later, EOS withdrew $528 from my bank account without any notice. I have never used a single personal training session, yet I was charged hundreds of dollars because my cancellation requests were apparently never processed. What made the experience even more disappointing was discovering notes in my member account describing me as "hostile" and "confrontational." During every interaction, I remained calm, never raised my voice, and never used inappropriate language. Seeing those descriptions was upsetting and left me questioning how I was being treated. As a man of color, I found those characterizations especially troubling and believe EOS should investigate how member interactions are documented. After more than a decade as a loyal member, I expected much better. Instead, I was left spending years trying to correct someone else's mistake and then unexpectedly losing $528 from my account. I hope EOS takes responsibility by refunding the money, correcting its records, and improving the way it handles customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing personal training services from this location.
