I noticed improvement after the first session and have continued to experience progress since then. I took an integrative approach to my treatment, which also included chiropractic adjustments to my neck and jaw, additional laser therapies at my chiropractor's office, and SoftWave therapy. To my surprise, the Remy laser was far superior to the SoftWave therapy for my condition. I believe this is because the laser was able to target certain areas that SoftWave could not. Additionally, the entire staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, from the receptionists to the therapists who administer the laser therapy. Rachel has administered most of my laser treatments, and she is the absolute best! I feel comfortable telling her where my pain points are, and she makes sure to address them. She also follows up on my progress and asks thoughtful questions to help me determine whether certain pain is referred or the primary source. I am very grateful to the entire Chief Physical Therapy team for their care, expertise, and support in helping me make meaningful progress in my health.

After being diagnosed with nerve impingement in my shoulders, my doctor wrote an Rx for PT, suggesting another place in town. After seeing the reviews, I went to Chief. I am super impressed with the personal service and having a one on one with the same therapist (doctor). They really know their stuff and how the body is supposed to work. I had previously been given shoulder exercises elsewhere, but had never been taught the nerve glide that stretches the shoulder nerves to your fingertips. That and other exercises practiced at home proved to be the treatment I needed. The video instructions provided were extremely helpful to teach me to do the PT on my own. I love that this is a small practice that treats patients individually. It really made a difference in my treatment, and a bigger difference in my quality of life. The odd compliment was to stop going to their business because they taught me the skillset I needed to improve my situation. I appreciate how the exercises were explained as to the benefits they would provide. I will add one piece of advice to this review. Before surgery, seek out different doctors in different practices. Sometimes a neurosurgeon might readily intervene when physical therapy is the better treatment option. Based on my symptoms, I had two cervical discs fused and am not convinced the surgery was the best approach. Ironically, an orthopedic surgeon quickly diagnosed my shoulder nerve impingement and suggested PT over surgery. I will never know if my cervical fusion was necessary, but I am glad to have significant pain reduction and mobility thanks to the treatment at Chief Physical Therapy.

I'm nearly two months into my PT and I can tell it is making a difference. Andrew is very knowledgeable about how to challenge the vestibular system and comes up with a plethora of exercises for me. Today, I had called to cancel my son's physical therapy appointment due to illness. Spoke to a…read moreyoung gentleman who told me there will be a $50 cancellation fee. I said, that is BS. My son is sick this morning. How am I suppose to predict 24hrs ahead of time to cancel? He said sorry we have to charge cancellation fee. I asked to speak with their manager. He then connected me to his manager named Ashley. Who told me the same thing. I was so outraged because a facility that's suppose to provide care for my kid, regardless of what's happening at home will illness, they still want to charge a $50 cancellation fee. I expressed this and the manager, Ashley, and I quote, "well I was gonna waive the $50, but now you will just receive the bill in the mail" and hung up on me. Terrible, and horrendous customer service. I will never send my kids there anymore. My son had two weeks left in his treatment and all because of $50 cancellation late fee his treatment has come to a halt due to the manager Ashley's immaturity and petty comment of how she had the "power" to waive the cancellation fee, but is not going to. Your manager is running the facility incorrectly and needs to be retrained in Customer service, because you are going to lose more customers. I will also be letting Radys know as well.

Not only did I not receive any letters or correspondence from them, but how could I owe 1000 dollars in co pays if I paid my copays every time I went in?! I tried to speak to the billing department. I spoke to someone named Milton Clay who was very rude and dismissive over the phone. He pretty much told me they were not going to help me and that is my fault my bill is in collections. After that he hung up in my face. I even called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and they also denied me that as well. Its clear this company has no intention of fixing their mistake. I will be fighting this and I encourage others to stay away.

They often came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made each visit more stressful than it needed to be. I didn't leave a review sooner, but now that my mom will no longer be going there, I felt it was important to share our experience. Customer service sets the tone for any medical office, and unfortunately, this one fell short. If you have other options, I would strongly recommend considering a different physical therapy center.

Each subsequent session is improving my range of motion. This place is so spacious and kept very clean. This location is ideal since it's only 10 minutes from my home.
