The mini golf course could use some repair - full sections were ripped up on our last visit, making some holes nearly unusable, and some aggressive flying insects along the path that made it a whole lot less fun. The indoor area has certainly gotten some upgrades - great for the all-year-round crew, for sure. The most confusing thing about the arcade is that it uses a credit system that varies largely from game to game on what it's going to cost you and what it's likely to pay out. I'm sure this is the whole point of them taking your money -- the house always wins -- but I'd prefer to know how much one credit really cost me and how much a game really is. Not that the kids care when they've got their card though. Hoping next summer some repairs are finished and we'll have a better time. read more

We visited Rascals Fun Zone and purchased the unlimited two-hour pass around 11:50 a.m. Unfortunately, by noon, it started hailing, which shut down one of the two go-kart tracks as well as the miniature golf course. Given that half of the go-kart attractions were now unavailable, I approached the sales desk and spoke to a young manager named Keira. I asked if we could receive a rain check to come back on a better day. She pointed to a notice on the wall and informed me, "It's our policy. The fine print states that we do not offer rain checks or refunds due to weather." I expressed my disappointment, as I feel it's unrealistic and unscrupulous to expect most customers to read fine print on the wall before purchasing tickets. In my opinion, businesses like this should consider more customer-friendly policies, especially when a significant portion of their attractions are uncovered and entirely dependent on the weather. While others may have their own opinions, I personally won't support a business that lacks flexible policies for paying customers when their offerings are so easily affected by conditions beyond anyone's control. read more

A nice indoor place to have fun when its too cold or too hot outside. Outside they have Miniature Golf, Bumper Boats, and two Go-Cart Tracks. Indoor they have the usual arcade games for tickets to cash in on prizes plus Bumper Cars, 10 Lanes of Mini-Bowling with live electronic scoring and two Go-Cart Tracks. One of the inside tracks is for kids under 56" but over 44" tall. They can also do Blaster Boats by themselves. If you are over 56" you can take your younger siblings in a two seater (both indoor and outdoor) if they are over 36". Today its 48 degrees outside and sunny. It is the last week of March but its also Spring Break for the kiddos so one outdoor go-cart track was operating. Miniature Golf was available outside as well. Boats were closed for obvious reasons (temperatures are still too cold overnight to fill the pools). Last time we came the kiddos got 2 hr wristbands. This time the 8yr old girl begged me for an All Day band so we settled for 3 hr bands. I don't believe she can last that long, lol. The snack bar could use some expansion of menu items, particularly popcorn. They do sell pizza by the double slice for $2.75 or a whole two topping one for $10.75; nachos, breadsticks, or pretzel sticks all for $3.75 and ice cream. They keep the place clean and painted. The staff is friendly and courteous. Admission Prices: 1 hr unlimited + 4 tokens = $14.75 2 hr unlimited + 4 tokens = $18.75 3 hr unlimited + 4 tokens = $22.75 All Day unlimited + 8 tokens = $26.75 You can add an hour for $6. You can also purchase individual tickets for specific attractions. The kiddos just love it here. They get off the go-cart and get right back in line, riding them over and over for hours. read more

First of all know this: I'm a grown adult without children looking for fun places to drive go carts! So... with this understood; this place has a fair inside go cart track. About 7 full turns, some cars are decent most not. Two seated cars: electric. Deep seated and deep sit to stand efforts. No helmets required . Seat belts. Avg speed 15mph and below. Fun!! Kids of all ages: some riding with their adult & many riding alone: height restrictions. Nice amount of turn time & quick turn around. Bracelets for repeat riding by the hour. Outside track looked really appealing yet out of season with my visit. They do have a pee wee track for the little gals and guys! Bumper cars on tires neither did I try. This is a full fledge arcade with a seasonal flair. Several focused options to complement their outside areas which were closed in February. I'd plan to go during a spring-summer-fall trip! The arcade rewarded with tickets. The tickets traded for prizes! A card for swiping at point of sell loaded the points won which was nice! A concession stand on site. Digital bowling on site. Lots of fun engaging things to keep a child's attention including mini golf when open. Tables littered around to sit and relax. This was a fun place. For a kid it hits all the requirements !! As an adult looking to drive go carts, it was fun! The cars were slower than expected yet understandable with the smaller trac and the height restrictions being low. The functional ability to sit deep and get from seated to stand must be a capability! It's fun!! I'll be back to drive the outside track later this year and review its fun factor from an adults viewpoint for adults to try!! Had a birthday party here this past weekend. When we arrived they acted like they couldn't find our reservation, finally did and none of our tables were set up. That's fine, we were 15 mins early, so no biggie on that part. But it just didn't seem well organized. I really don't understand the point of having a party "host" she was not into it at all, I'm not sure if it was her first day, and if so she could have just said that, but I more so got the impression that she just did not want to be there. Not smiley, or bubbly, or host like at all. She seemed annoyed the entire time. It really would have been easier and less confusing to just go to the counter and order our own pizza and pitchers instead of waiting for her to figure things out. And they could have just handed us our wrist bands and measured the kids at entry instead of waiting for and dealing with her. Attention Hoosiers! We tried to have birthday party for my 4 yr old at Rascals fun zone! I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their kids. We started the evening by riding the go carts and a group of wild teenagers were harassing my kids and cousins and our family on the track. They kept repeatedly ramming into them on purpose. Staff never did anything. Finally, it ended in them hitting a 13yr old (My kids cousin) and My 7yr old daughters go cart so hard my daughter busted her face and blood was everywhere. They never questioned the kids, the kids remained playing and doing this to other people it go to the point that we tried to the manager that they weren't doing anything to the 17yr old group of boys. That they called the cops and asked US to leave. The cops said they couldnt question the boys because they were minors. However they business has a responsibility to enforce their rule, like when it says "No Bumping" on the back of the go karts. \ In the mean time my wife had to rush my daughter to the hospital where hours later she got 7 stitches. Rascals fun zone said they wouldn't refund us for the party. We were only there for 30 min, we spent the rest of the evening in the ER. If you care about your kid's safety, then you need to avoid Rascal's Fun Zone unless you want your kids ending up in the ER! read more

We probably could've fit one more round, but we were rushing to get to duckpin bowling by our reservation time. The arcade and concessions were slightly overpriced, as to be expected, but was justified by the joy on the kids faces. Duckpin bowling was great and they have a variety of games to choose from. For reference, for 2 adults and 4 kids, we spent a little under $200 in 2.5 hours. read more

We had two birthday kids here today for a party. The bowling was so broken we could not bowl. The pins would not reset. The balls would not return. We had to go up and ask for help; they were not monitoring the machines. We finally gave up and I asked the manager for another 30 minutes since their equipment failed. She she could not do that.I asked "so if the equipment fails and we waste our time waiting for it to work that is just out tuff luck?" She actually said "Yes". We paid for three hours. We spent about 90 minutes waiting in lines and 30 minutes trying to bowl. This was at 6pm may 30th 2021. We road the outside go carts once. Not a good value. read more

We went to ride the go carts and we were having a great time till they got mad got us accidentally bumping into each other after that they banned one of my friends for driving and then they closed the track on all of us until our time expired as soon as our time expired they said we couldn't ride the track after we were sitting in the line for 25 minutes before our time expired right after our time expired and we walked out they opened the track back up to other people with an expired time. When you select 3 stars here on Yelp, it says "A-OK". That is a perfect description of this place. They have many attractions (both indoors and outdoors), but it seems very cramped and needs more room. It is like fitting 10 pounds in a five pound bag. The birthday parties are out on a bench. I think they should be in a private room, which would make them more intimate versus having everyone walking by to playing miniature golf while you are cutting cake. I was thinking about having my daughter's birthday party there until my visit, but I do not it will fit what I am looking for. The pizza was good and the staff was ok. At some points it seemed that they did not care, especially on the indoor tracks. The games are a bit overpriced and the amount of tickets it takes to get a prize are outrageous. 50 tickets for a candy ring??? The top it off, you have little kids competing with adults to play some of the ticket giving games. Looking at some of the adults had me thinking I was at a casino. This place is entertaining but it is a free for all. For example I was wrecked on the indoor track by a little girl. You have fifty year olds running with 10 year olds. it is a sight to see. Aside that... the staff are lazy and don't want to work and seeking ways not to work; from the police officer that was standing jaw jacking with the high school kids at the put put desk to the rude guys working the go carts in the very back. Not a single person that was working last night offered to help us out and were rude, put out when you asked for anything with the exception of Stephanie. Also, it appeared as if there was a party prior to ours a few table rows back... it was destroyed and remained that way for 2+ hours while staff just stood around and customers walked past it to go outdoors to the put put and go cart track area. The go-carts... unbelievable...a few accidental taps or accidental tap to get around a spin out and my brother was told by the lazy police officer he couldn't drive anymore motorized vehicles at the facility...my guess is that the staff running the go carts didn't want to work either so they put a ban on our entire group from riding on that track. How crazy can a few 10-13 year olds with responsible adults possibly get??? For spending $200 I feel dooped and will never recommend or return to this place. If I were the owner I'd be making some serious staffing changes and give Stephanie a raise; she could have done 3 other people's jobs plus hers last night and been fine. read more

Our family loves going here. It's a quaint, nice little gaming place. We've never been to the mini golf part or go-carts. We love the arcade and duck pin bowling though. My 2 year old is in LOVE with this place. She asks to go all the time. I don't mind the lax rules on masks and social distancing so that doesn't bother me. The only issue we have is that the prizes never change. They always seem to be the same prizes time after time. read more

We had high hopes for this entertainment center but it fell short. The employees working the indoor karts were all teenagers, very short with the kiddos and zero eye contact. They were all on their cell phones and hung out in groups. It almost felt as though being there was an annoyance to the employees. The kids working the arcade area were very friendly and accommodating. Most everything outside was closed due to weather, nothing to blame for that. It just seemed overall that nobody wanted to be there. There are several other activity centers in the area and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. read more

I have been meaning to check this place out for quite a while and happened to get mixed up on when the Marion County fair eneded by one day, ie I was going to go but it ended the day before. So I remembered this place had many activities to do and it is on the south side of Indy down just past Greenwood. I was very glad to go here as my kids were going to kill me if I didn't find something fun to do. In the end my 5 and 9 year old both were very entertained. We go them both the two hour unlimited bands. These are the way to go as your kids can do all items they are tall enough for. They both wanted to do the go karts. My son was tall enough for all but the outdoors one. He liked them enough to keep driving over and over. But bee careful all of a suden one of the other riders ended the race and was running for the bathroom as she had to throw up. I suppose that if you are susceptible to motion sickness riding a fast go kart track is not a good idea. My 5 year old was even tall enough for the starter track. They could also do the bowling which are the small lanes with small balls. They both had a good time there as well. My daughter loves putt putt golf so I took her outside to do the right side course. I picked the one that was least busy but they have two full courses. She loved it and might have done another round but it was sunny and hot outside. Next we did the bumper boats. My son loves this ride and had a blast literally shooting water at the other boats. They also have a small indoor bumper type of ride. Finally they spend some time in the arcade winning quite a lot of tickets and were able to get some candy. They sell basic food here but we had already had pizza the night before so we decided we would eat after we were done somewhere else. This place is a no brainer if you have kids. The price is right and it is a great time. I would definitely do a birthday party here if I lived in this part of town but I am around 1hr away. read more

The go karts here are unsafe. On the Malibu track at 2:50 on Friday afternoon as I started leaving the track one of the go karts went on their own and ran over my right foot and caused a bad scrap on my right elbow, I am ok but it would've been nice if a worker or somebody else helped me instead of staring at to see what will happen. To be safe don't go there I think that the golf karts are dangerous and they can cause a problem so if you want to do something there do golf or bowling just don't go on the go karts. read more

This place is a absolute ripoff, took grandsons and half the attractions were closed for repairs, the games all took multiple tokens. Went here today with my wife and another couple. Had a blast, like always. For 35 dollars we all were given a total of 12 attractions (go-carts, putt-putt, bumper boats), and 15 tokens. They have two outdoor tracks. One of them you have to be 60" tall to drive. It is the "slick track." The track has less traction due to powder they put down. This one is the most fun if you want to be rowdy. They don't yell at you too much if you bang around into your friends or other unsuspecting kids. (Don't worry, I'm not one of those obnoxious kids...) The inside track was a new experience for me tonight. It was actually pretty fun. The cars go faster, but it is really hard to pass people without bumping into each other. We also went on the bumper boats and had a blast getting soaked on this hot summer night. This was the best part of the night for me. Great fun. Even if you're a big kid. read more

Rascal's should have a sign that says "Caution Fun Zone Ahead"! We've gone to Rascal's a number of times with a group of people from work. There's something for everyone and we have a good time. My favorite is the go karts. Rascal's carts are fast enough to have a good time and slow enough for the complete novice. Rascal's has several tracks. Outdoors there is a slick track for teens and adults. They dust corners with a powder to slick it up even more. This is the best track for adults. There's a family track that's very curvy with a bridge and elevation changes. This is a great track for a parent to drive a young kid. Kids think it's thrilling! There's an oval track for small kids only. Indoors there are two electric tracks. The electric cars are very different to drive. Mainly they're silent. One track is a family track for all ages including two seaters for parents to drive younger kids. The other track is for small kids only. Mini bowling is fun and a good skill equalizer. It's not so similar to real bowling with light weight balls and short lanes. It's harder than it looks. They offer the games where you can win tickets for prizes - skee ball and everything. There are plenty of regular video games including networks racing games and shooting games. There's mini golf and bumper boats, which I've never played, simply because there are so many other things to do. They have a snack bar with ice cream and pizza. It's a great place to host a kids birthday party. read more

We only did the indoor activities, so I am sure if it was warmer there would be a much higher rating for the other activities. The indoor go kart tracks were nice! Myself and a 5 yr old had a lot of fun. The arcade games were to be lacking and a lot seemed to be broken. Of course the prizes were nothing special and it broke the first day using it (but isnt it like that everywhere!) The people there were VERY nice and helpful! Next time i am visiting I will go back and do the outdoor activities. The prices are great and the people were very nice. The main staff is friendly, but the guys working the go karts outdoors are awful. Despite the numerous signs saying "no bumping" and the audio warnings saying the same, it's obvious that the guys actually responsible for enforcing this simply do not care. I watched a number of races and drove in a few myself. Large groups of kids were purposely and flagrantly out to wreck others - but received no warnings. In one case, my wife asked one of them to talk to a group of kids who had repeatedly, and intentionally, run into our 13 year old son who was driving with our 6 year old daughter. The employee said "sure" and then did.... nothing. Sooner or later, someone is going to get really hurt. read more

Then my girlfriend probably thought she was dating Tiger, with the wooping I gave her in putt putt.
