However many you buy, you will wish it was more. Get as many as you can afford. This is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Makes a great gift. Positives? Good cars with more capability than you will be able to use. These are actual retired race cars, mostly late model short track cars. Great instructors and staff. Radio communications in your ear while on the track. Passing allowed. You can really hang it out. Even if you're driving, get the ride along first, so you know how fast the cars are capable of going. Otherwise you'll waste laps getting up to speed. Drawbacks? They are usually running behind schedule. The personal equipment, firesuits, helmets, etc. are well used. If you have your own that meet the specs, bring them. By the time they are done explaining the damage policy everyone is spooked about damaging the cars. Get the damage insurance (upsell) and go for it. They will temp you with lots of upsells; videos, photos, insurance, extra laps. Conclusion? I highly recommend this company. I've been involved in short track oval racing for 50 years, and this is as close as most people will ever get to actually racing. It had been 20 years since I had driven a race car, and I was instantly back in those days.

Long wait. A friend…read moreand I were on the schedule for ride alongs at 2:30 PM. We didn't leave until around 5 PM. I believe the paperwork mentioned that they may be off schedule a bit and to allow an hour or so. That wasn't the case here. After being there for a couple of hours, we were informed that there was a gas leak earlier in the day that affected something and that something else happened. Because of that, they had one car instead of two and they were way behind schedule. They also had to reschedule people from the previous day because of rain, so I'm sure that was a part of it. Anyway, they offered us an extra lap around the track for having to wait so long. The two guys who worked in the ride along area and the driver of the car were all very nice. The ride was exhilarating. The driver would mostly ride along the outside of the track, only moving in a bit on the turns. I was slightly terrified because we were so close to the wall, but it was a blast. It goes by really quickly. Would I do this again? Maybe on a better day when I don't mind standing outside for a while. It was a cold and windy day.

I will try to keep this short because there were so many things perfect that I could go on and on…read moreand on!! My daughter had her wedding here on July 7, 2018 and it was PERFECT!! We booked this venue a year ago with Chaz and got worried around February because we could not reach her. Finally, we connected with Paige Carson, the new coordinator, and she is WONDERFUL! She was so responsive and catered to our every need. The most impressive part is how honest she was and told us the previous coordinator had over quoted us on several things! It is rare that your total price actually goes down when planning a wedding! LOL. Leading up to the wedding, she was so easy to work with and you could tell she really wanted everything to be perfect! Here is break down of my thoughts of Rehearsal and the wedding day: Rehearsal: Paige was awesome! She helped guide us through the walk through and worked extremely well with our Pastor. We had our rehearsal dinner here as well and the food was fabulous! We did a pasta bar and it was excellent. So much more relaxing than going to a restaurant and the price was so much better as well! Wedding: Oh my gosh! It was so perfect! We arrived at 8:00am to begin hair/make up and the room was perfect for the bride to relax and enjoy. We had mimosas and was able to bring in our own food for breakfast. We had them prepare our lunches and they happened to be grilling that day for lunch so we had great sandwiches, fries and salads. Again, excellent prices for a group our size! The guys arrived around noon and enjoyed time playing with the golf simulators and relaxing. Kurt, the general manager, made a point to meet each person and offer his services. The girls kept saying they love Kurt and he "was their friend"! Paige and her staff kept popping in to see if we needed anything. They were all very attentive! When it came time for the ceremony to start, Paige was right there guiding us and everything ran like clockwork! (later I found out she had to step in with the DJ and provide power cords that he forgot! Never did she bring that stress to me....she took care of it and I never knew!) Decorating Crew: AMAZING! Everything was absolutely beautiful! We simply brought in things we wanted to be used and they took care of it. They also have a backroom full of items that you can use. We used their easels, backdrop lighting and material and material for the arch. It was beautifully done! Food: Chef Jeff is beyond amazing! Never ever have I attended a wedding or large event with such wonderful food! We had plated dinners with choice of filet or parmesan chicken. Everything came out hot and perfectly prepared! We received so many compliments on how excellent the food was! It was so good that we are definitely going to come back for their Friday night dinners! Well, I said I was going to keep this short but well....too many wonderful things to say to keep it short! Google simply "fowling" and you learn about this odd sport where you combine football and bowling. Just now. Right NOW as I'm writing this, the word fowling finally made (sort of) sense. Football + bowling = fowling. Now I'm even pronouncing the word different with a long "o" sound versus the "ou" diphthong. I had to Google that, too, but once I saw diphthong, I knew it was going in my review. You're welcome for the 5th grade grammar lesson. Please redeem your Pizza Hut personal pan pizza for your hard work. Ok, fowling. It has nothing to do with trapping birds or teaching birds of prey to land on your arm (that's falconry). Nope, it's a game you play with friends and beer. The setup is more like cornhole, but you use bowling pins and throw, that's right, a football. Someone was clearly drunk when this game was invented. But what a great way to bring a group of people together! The Fowling Warehouse specializes in the game of fowling, but has several other activities to enjoy as a group: pool, darts, a few arcade games and a golf simulator. I may go back just for the golf simulator. This is the real deal, a full Trackman set up. It was pretty sweet. Those simulators can be a little intimidating at the PGA Superstore, but it's tucked away in the corner at the Fowling Warehouse where you can shank balls and not feel like a fool. Mostly. There are also two bars and you can order pizza and boneless wings. The bar has a nice selection of beers on tap. They use the magnet cup system where the cup fills from the bottom. My favorite thing was seeing multiple signs on the bar that warn you that if you push the bottom of the cup, you will get wet! And I smiled devilishly thinking about curious people testing their luck with the cups and losing every time. For me, I enjoyed a couple glasses of this blood orange IPA. Delicious and refreshing. The Fowling Warehouse isn't exactly my jam, but I think it's the kind of place that is perfect for a certain crowd who enjoys games and likes a new challenge. And they can handle a large party! If you are looking to try a new sport that feels like it was invented by someone who lost a bet, this place is for you! I kid, but the Warehouse is nice and clean and large! The service was good and everyone seemed to have a great time. Seems like a pretty good spot for your next party if games are your thing! Recently visited Fowling Warehouse for a work team building event. I had no idea what to expect…read more Parking was a bit of a mystery. There was a sign in front of the business pointing you to turn down a steer for parking; next block there is a huge parking lot but no signs saying you can park there for fowling, BUT, it was abundantly marked that cars will be towed. Since there was nothing else around, I assumed it was the right place and parked. Of course I briskly walked to fowling to inquire if I was in the correct space. I was, whew. Those towers can really work fast. Fowling is in a warehouse with other businesses, hence the name. It is huge. We were on lane 32, I believe so there's at least 32 lanes. There is also a corn hole area. There is a bar where they have a decent variety of adult beverages. I went with 3 Floyd's warpig, a hazy ipa. It was really good. The important aspect of fowling is not eating or drinking there, but to interact with the people your with. Sure you can win a game, but the fun is the game itself and the camaraderie with a drink. Our leader looked up the rules prior and explained them. You take turns throwing a football at bowling pins, one set of pins on each end of the lane. There are two lines to throw from, our group guys threw from back and women from front. I watched a group next to us, both men and women threw from front line, it didn't appear to give anyone an advantage. I don't know if the pizza place is part of fowling or a separate business, but we got pizza from Bonk Pizza. It was ok, it was enough to say we were fed. I'm glad I did this and would go again.
