The indoor area has certainly gotten some upgrades - great for the all-year-round crew, for sure. The most confusing thing about the arcade is that it uses a credit system that varies largely from game to game on what it's going to cost you and what it's likely to pay out. I'm sure this is the whole point of them taking your money -- the house always wins -- but I'd prefer to know how much one credit really cost me and how much a game really is. Not that the kids care when they've got their card though. Hoping next summer some repairs are finished and we'll have a better time.

Given that half of the go-kart attractions were now unavailable, I approached the sales desk and spoke to a young manager named Keira. I asked if we could receive a rain check to come back on a better day. She pointed to a notice on the wall and informed me, "It's our policy. The fine print states that we do not offer rain checks or refunds due to weather." I expressed my disappointment, as I feel it's unrealistic and unscrupulous to expect most customers to read fine print on the wall before purchasing tickets. In my opinion, businesses like this should consider more customer-friendly policies, especially when a significant portion of their attractions are uncovered and entirely dependent on the weather. While others may have their own opinions, I personally won't support a business that lacks flexible policies for paying customers when their offerings are so easily affected by conditions beyond anyone's control.

We were immediately greeted with a big smile from a gentleman who proudly shared that he's been working there for 23 years. He took the time to explain everything, from the teen karts (which go up to 30 mph) to the adult karts (up to 40 mph). I was impressed to learn that licensed 16-year-olds can drive the adult karts..neat and a little scary! They offer a private room, though note that private events aren't booked on weekends and reservations aren't taken. However, if it's not busy, the private room is often available. Also, any racer under 18 needs a waiver signed by a guardian 24 hours in advance. The day of the party, we arrived early since it's first-come, first-served. The ladies at the counter were friendly and set us up in the private room, which was perfect for our group of twelve 16-year-olds. The space is roomy, has AV capabilities, and features a huge window overlooking the track. There's even an order window in the room for added convenience! The food options exceeded my expectations as well--the menu is larger than I expected, and the pizzas and tater tots we ordered were pretty tasty. We'll definitely be back. Such a great experience!

From the moment we walked in, the energy was high--bright, clean, and full of excitement. The karts are fast, smooth, and really well-maintained. You can tell they put a lot of effort into safety as well as fun. The staff goes over everything clearly before you start, so even first-timers feel comfortable and confident. Once you're out on the track, though, it's pure adrenaline! The layout is great, with enough twists and turns to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. For families, this is a fantastic activity. Our kids had a blast, and it was so fun to see everyone laughing and getting into the competition. That said, it can get a little pricey if you're bringing a big group, but the experience is unique enough that it feels worth it for a special outing. What I really appreciate is the professionalism of the staff. They're friendly, patient, and keep things running smoothly even when the place is busy. The facility itself is clean, modern, and has more to offer than just karting--they've got other activities, food, and areas to hang out, which makes it easy to spend a whole afternoon here. Overall, Speedway Indoor Karting is a must-do if you're looking for something exciting and different. Whether you're a racing enthusiast or just want a fun activity for the family, you'll leave with big smiles and great memories. Highly recommend!

Lol Check-in and signing the waivers was a breeze. We had to watch a short safety video before we got started but it was certainly helpful. So I'm assuming they're not new, which I would prefer or I would bring my own lol.

Not all of the karts where created the same some are faster than others, OR the other driver might be better at controlling the kart. When putting you in races they kept me within my party of people only allowing one other rider that was alone to be our group. The staff was not mean to us at all and made it so in between races we got more rest and where not back-to back, by putting the next race up Infront of ours. The staff would help anyone who got stuck and helped put of gear if needed. They make sure any new riders watch a video of the rules of the track and how to work the karts. The arcade is a nice way to pass time if your not riding or if you are waiting to ride. They have seating for if you are watching the track. They will also call out your heat when you are up and ready to go down to the track.
