My Asus Computer has a Microsoft 10 Operating System that forced an update and deleted all of my computer data; not even Apps would work. When I turned on my computer there was only a black screen. We are currently in the process of purchasing new monitors, and a tower with a graphics card and Ram suitable for a Construction Companies operations. Raptor IT has been great to work with since October 2018. Before we hired them we had several issues impacting our business that they were able to solve within a couple visits. Not only did they fix all my IT problems but they offered recommendations to save me time and money! When we hired them we had experienced data loss that our old IT support said wasn't recoverable however Raptor's team was able to recover everything we lost and set us up so we'd never lose anything again.
