This time we were determined to replace all that old pipe. Unfortunately, it's surprisingly hard to find plumbers who will do more than just replace a toilet. After we remediated the sewage, we spent weeks trying to get a reasonable bid. We had several plumbers tell us they weren't interested and several others give us outrageous bids. When we finally got enough bids to move forward, we selected 911 Drain Lines and Plumbing. They weren't the rock bottom price -- but the price was competitive AND they were responsive. We liked the modern touches like appointment reminders. Once they got going, we appreciated that they were unobtrusive. They came, did their work and only needed to be let into the house a couple times. They took care not to destroy our house and cleaned up after themselves. The project took 2 days and we have our bathroom back. Would definitely call Brett and team again.

Horrible communication skills!…read more It is my understanding they came to repair a countertop. When they removed the counter top they broke something. This caused them to have to shut the water off in the WHOLE apartment complex. I understand the emergency. But after doing so they DID NOT notify anyone the water was shut off! I understand they're trying to control the water leak which THEY CAUSED by shutting the water off but they did so to the WHOLE COMPLEX not just the side they were working on. I called the owner about this. He told me although the water is shut off it is still leaking into the apartments on the first floor ruining the floors. Hmmm I'm on the first floor at the end of the line, water is not flooding my apartment. During the course of our conversation the owner informed me, "he didn't have time to explain plumbing to me"! Emergencies happen. Everyone knows this. The way they communicated (or lack of) is what is not acceptable! Not to mention my inability to shower!
