Billy is all knowing when it comes to Koehler high end fixtures…read more We had 3 plumbers come out to try to fix our new toilet that was backing up without much luck. It was just too high end or computerized for all of them to have a clue on settings and installation. He brought to out attention that it's Eco friendly and used as little water as possible so we had to be cautious of what was flushed He knew exactly what was wrong and even pointed out that the auto seat mechanism was not functioning properly and we had no clue. He took it a level further and made sure Koehler replaced it and now it's as quiet as can be. My wife and I are sincerely appreciative of his knowledge and focus on customer satisfaction. Thank you Billy!

I called Haendiges Plumbing when I wanted to replace a water heater. I spoke to a man in their…read moreoffice and asked for a price. Here is where they differed from the 3 other plumbing companies I had called. One of the other companies said they could not give me a price without seeing the water heater. The other 2 companies gave me prices (1 higher and 1 lower), but they never asked any questions. Haendiges asked the situation, where the water heater was, how old it was, what kind of access they would have. It turns out they would have to move my washer and dryer out of the way in order to remove the old water heater and install the new. I mentioned that I wanted to replace the valves for the washing machine also, so they told me that if I did them at the same time, there would be no extra charge for moving the washing machine to replace the water heater. This made the most sense to me, coupled with the fact that they asked questions to see what the price should be. It seemed like they tried the hardest to give me an accurate price. I had them come out and do the work, and they did a great job. While he was out, I asked the plumber if he could give me a price on some other work I wanted done. Once he knew what the work was, he said he could get the information and take it back to the office. The office would contact me the next day with a price (it was a lot of work). They contacted me the next day with a price to replace 3 faucets, fix 2 showers that dripped, and rebuild the internal parts on a toilet. The price seemed very reasonable to me and, once again, they talked to me to make sure they had all the information and to offer some alternatives. I had Haendiges do the work and they will be my first call if I ever need more plumbing work. I have recommended them to many people, all of whom have been very pleased.

We called Frankie to unclog our kitchen sink drain and he was able to quickly and efficiently get the kitchen drain back up and running. Frankie, also, adjusted a set of bathroom sink handles that had gotten loose and twisted over time. They haven't moved or become loose since. Frankie has been a huge help in fixing our water heater (on a previous visit) and recommended when we will need a replace. Frankie and his son have always been fair and honest with their recommendations and pricing of parts or services. We will definitely be calling him again when we are ready to replace the water heater or any other plumbing services.

He did a small job for me, but what really stood out was his work to fix a slab leak at a family members house. Other plumbers tried to gouge them because of the mess. Max was less than half the price and never tried to take advantage of an already stressful situation for them. Highly recommended.

While, I am still happy with Chris Plumbing, I need to change my rating to 4star…read more I had them over to fix a suspected clog. I called them late Tuesday night, and Chris returned my call shortly after, and let me know someone would come over the next morning... they came over early the next morning to fix, but by that time (unknown to me), the clog had mysteriously fixed itself?? They did spend a good 20min or so making absolutely sure that the clog no longer existed. I received a bill the next day for $140.... this is reasonable, since they did put in the time to come out and visit me, and diagnose the problem. However, I believe that a 5 star rating would be appropriate if they gave me a discounted (or even free) service given that the problem did not exist any more, and I am a frequent/ loyal customer (I actually had them over to fix this very same problem back in March), and have sent a referral there way. $140 seems a little steep for 20min work (I have been exclusively dealing with Chris plumbing for over a year now, so that may in fact be the market rate). That said, I am still very happy with them - just changing my rating to a "great" 4 star rather than "spectacular" 5 star.

Quick, thorough, and, most of all, honest. How often do you find that in a plumbing company?…read more I had just had a miserable experience with plumbers sent by my home warranty company. None of them were able to unclog the line that drains my washing machine. One of them wanted to rip out the wall and the pipes to the tune of $1000 (which of course would not be covered by the home warranty). I noticed the other Yelp review of Chris (or Chris J.) Plumbing, and called them to get an estimate. Their plumber came, took a look, and said that he could fix the problem, which he did, expertly. So when you find yourself in that unenviable situation of needing to call a plumber, give these guys a call. And spare yourself some misery.
