We used Rapid Roofing upon a recommendation from a friend. They are very professional and punctual. What is especially great is that they are very responsive on the phone. You set up an estimate and they are right on time. The job is performed when they say they will be there. Neatness is a priority. They send enough workers to finish the job when they say it will be finished. They don't cut corners. Fully guaranteed for the time that is agreed on. You get a certificate from the company to give to your homeowners company for a predetermined discount. We called them back several times for minor changes that we made, and they were more than happy to oblige. You are shown what material they will use and they use what you have paid for. There is all ways a foreman on site. They are an American company and they speak English. They have a very nice finance plan. With1 year to pay it off with no interest. If you have a balance after that you can go on a monthly payment plan. They are truly conscientious. It's like your own family did the repair. You can do the whole roof at once or in sections. No pressure, go at your pace. No pressure sales. We had our whole roof done in two days. There wasn't a piece of wood or nails on my drive way when they were done. They come back after a few days to inspect the work and make sure you are satisfied. .you can contact them months later and they have the same demeanor as when Started. It's one thing to pay a lot of money for a job, But they are always able to to you to discuss you problem and make it right. You won't be disappointed! They take the fear out of dealing with the unknown. Thats the special nitche they fit Highly recommended!! read more

Rapid Roofing is a quality company with a team that is among the Best. They are quick to respond and their service is excellent. Back during the Covid crisis in 2020 when no other company would respond, Rapid Roofing answered the call and repaired a good part of my damaged roof due to a wind storm. The work was done the same day with professionalism and expertise. The crew was quick and efficient leaving no trace of debris behind. Six years later I called upon Rapid Roofing to replace the Roof Ridge Caps and as expected, the work was completed flawlessly and it looks great. The same crew took the time to seal and caulk areas that needed touch-up and they even cleared a clogged gutter drain. Because of their attention to detail and work performance, I then called upon them to replace the attic vents which was also done to perfection. If you are looking for professionals that will do the job well on your roof, then Rapid Roofing is the company to call. With my three (3) separate projects and experiences with Rapid Roofing, they are my Go-To Guys for all roofing work. - Gary read more

There are not enough positive words to use for this company. I had a small fire in the house (chimney related) and then a pipe froze and bursted. This company was amazing. They showed up when they said they would, Ronnie- walked me through every step of the process, I literally did not have to worry about anything. He was so thorough. Any time I have had a question, he has always been available. The next part of clean up, Randy and Joe made it work seamlessly. They were so professional, clean and organized. Richie, from the chimney portion of the company is a true expert at his job. He has made my chimney safe and secure. Although the entire job is not 100% complete, rebuild is beginning now, I just had to definitely give a RAVE review about my experience from the start. I would highly recommend! There is not a single negative comment that can be given. I will post pictures when complete. read more

This team is extremely professional. I was very impressed on how much they care to do a good job. I have interviewed several companies to help me fix a roof leak since I had some bad experiences in the past. They had the most resanonable quote out of them all and excellent costumer service. They came to my house the time they said they were going to, and shared so many pictures of their progress through out the morning via their link; which I was very grateful for being usually is hard to know exactly what they did on the roof. I was able to see everything they did, and wow they did such a good job from the complete set up, removal of singles, replacement of plywood, and complete clean up before they left. They are great workers and great people all around. I would highly recommend using them. I will from now on only use them and as well for my clients. Thank you for what you do! read more

These guys are the best Roofers on Long Island! I had a roof done on my house by another roofing contractor and it was a nightmare. I used Rapid Roofing to replace my roof on one of my rental properties and they absolutely blew me away. From initial contact with Kelly to meeting with the project advisor Chris everything was off to a great start! Then Ryan the project manager called me the night before the installation to confirm everything Chris and I agreed on and made the install as easy and as stress free as I could have ever imagined. If you are looking to replace your roof, I would 100% give these guys a call! Such a pleasant experience, I would 100% recommend to friends and family! read more

Rapid Roofing is an amazing company to work with. We had a bad leak in our roof and Mike came quickly to assess the situation and let us know what we needed. We were also going away in a few days, so we needed the job handled quickly. We set up an appointment to have the roof repaired before our trip, but that needed to be delayed due to the heavy snow situation. We had Rapid Roofing do the job while we were away and they did a great job, continually posting photos of their progress with the job so that we could monitor how it was going. Ryan did an excellent job as the project manager. All in all, we would highly recommend using Rapid Roofing for any roofing needs! read more

Competent Skills, Smooth Experience, Pleasant Crew, and Fantastic Product. I highly recommend Rapid Roofing based on the very positive installation of our new roof, which we needed after 22 years on our old, leaking roof. Rapid Roofing is one of a few companies that is certified by the manufacturer and provides transferable lifetime warranties on the roof. They go through extra steps during installation that many other companies don't do, which ensures quality and durability and helped me choose them over other contractors. We are very happy to have chosen the entire team at Rapid Roofing. Thank you all, The Tomasevic Family. read more

Did a great job with our roofing project. They were on time, quick and very clean (I'm pretty sure my yard looked better after they left). They started demo around 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 3pm with the job looking great. They kept me up to date with pictures and video of the project and were on top of any issue they encountered. When it comes to a roof going with the cheapest option is how you have issues. You go with the company you trust to do the job right which rapid roofing did outstandingly. read more

Rapid roofing did a great job! They promised us a one day job and that's how long it took. While they were performing the work on our roof, they were videotaping it and taking pictures of the work they were doing at the time so we were able to follow them in real time. It was as if we were on the roof with them. When they were finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly it looked as if they were never there, but they were because three days later there was a heavy rain and our house was nice and dry. read more

I highly recommend Rapid Roofing. They gave us an honest and fair estimate and had the job done two days later. Their team worked fast and clean. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They were very respectful of my home, covering all surrounding surfaces so that nothing would get damaged. Clean up was very thorough. After the job was done and they left, you would never have known they were here except for the beautiful new roof they left behind. Great job Rapid Roofing! read more

We are extremely pleased with the work this roofing company provided. Their professionalism and reliability stood out from start to finish. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the job with great attention to detail. It's hard to find a company that is both dependable and professional these days, but they exceeded expectations. Rapid roofing installed a completely new roof including 3 rafters in one day. They did an excellent job, cleaned up the entire site and also installed new gutters. i had 3 estimates done on my roof and only rapid roofing looked in my attic and climbed my roof to see the true damage. King quality only looked from the street and would have doubled my price for the job after the fact . I was very satisfied with rapid roofing and would highly recommended them. read more

I just had my new roof installed yesterday. Everything went as promised. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and David the project manager was great. He showed me exactly what was needed to fix my roof and now I have piece of mind that my roof will last for many years. They promised to clean up after job was done and after it was completed it didn't even look like they were there. Highly recommend this company. read more

Rapid Roofing is an A1 company and a PLEASURE to do business with! From the moment they gave us the estimate until the job was done. They were very neat, transparent and efficient. I had gotten three estimates on my roof one for 19,000 another one about 16,000 and the last one was under 14,000. All three contractors were going to use the same quality material with the same job description. all three were professional, but Jake from Rapid Roofing clicked the best besides saving me $5000 in the price quote. The quality of the material used was excellent . read more
