Was illegally towed while on private property by homeowner within the same day veteran was dropped off by the same homeowner at the hospital and was fighting for his life racked up $2500 tow and storage by the time the veteran realized it had been towed. Called to ask if they could do anything and said nope pay it or you lose it. Vehicle was worth around $10k and just recently purchased after veteran saved up to buy his dream he's waited years to be able to get and just stolen by these scumbags pos's.

The driver showed up, and thoroughly examined the vehicle and loaded it on the flatbed with protective clothes. And he did everything with the car and he took great care and attention with it. The receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She was clearly on a personal phone call when we arrived at 5:40, she rudely told us "I'm the only person working and I have to do a mail drop, can you come back tomorrow". The next day we had the other registered owner if the car go and get belongings at 5:15 and she tried telling him the same thing. I was very disappointed in her demeanor and how she represented an otherwise great car towing company.
