I went in person to speak with them about placing an order, and I was immediately turned away and told to email it instead. What followed was days of back-and-forth of emails, a lot of work on my part to get the files the way they asked. The final product was terrible quality, which they blamed on me. Their work was first class and as I wheeled in with my job, when called and told my job was ready, I was told to just park in the lot and my order would be brought to my truck. All I needed to do was park in the lot. As a disabled Vietnam Veteran who is pleased and thankful, he is no longer chair bound, I'm pleased I didn't have to Rollate in and struggle to get the job back to the truck. I've gone twice in the past week for something or another and they're so incredibly nice there…read more For one thing, dumb me went in through the entrance where the FedEx pick-up truck was and rather than have me move, they moved and let me park. For another, Liz has attended me both times, and she is efficient and welcoming. Seriously was in and out both times in five minutes flat. As for what I sent out, the first was a care package with fragile items that arrived in one piece. The second a letter that will be arriving later in the week. I've no doubt everything will go swimmingly. I mean, so far everything has, and minus one incident years ago with FedEx, I've never had any issues with this chain whatsoever.

However, my package is going to a government office and they are very specific on how the address must be written or it gets returned to me. She then complained about me within earshot to the next customer! She said, "There's always that one person trying to tell you how to do your job." There's no excuse for talking about a customer to other customers. I smiled. I didn't raise my voice. I send a lot of packages at that location and she was just nasty to me. When I asked the other employee in the building if there was a manager name or business card I could have, she told me I needed to leave. Terrible, terrible customer service at this location. It used to be great. Not anymore.

I will have all of my printing and engraving done here in the future!…read moreMy daughter had her wedding invitations engraved where she lives, but when they arrived here for me to address, they were crooked. For two days the engraver insisted they were straight and refused to redo them. I called Karmanos hoping they could redo the invitations since I already had the plate. Amanda said they couldn't do it in time, but if I would bring them in she would give me a second opinion. She measured the distance of the lines from the top on both ends, and they were off more than is considered acceptable. I took photos of the ruler on the invitation, sent them to the original engraver, and he finally relented and redid the invitations. If Karmanos gives this kind of customer service to someone who isn't even their customer, I can't imagine how great it must be for those who are.
