OD is close and had a toner cartridge for a nice, online price. I went to the store and the cartridge was significantly more expensive. It'd probably be a wash when you add shipping for online, but they shouldn't be doing that. They have the store for a reason and it's cheaper to ship bulk. The sales people are always great at quickly matching the online price, but many folks might not realize to do that and it's also a way to kill the stores when people find out and get angry. The store prices should match the online price. Still, the store is handy and the people are always very helpful. It's the pricing that keeps it from a five-star review.

We printed maybe 6-8 sheet trying to get it to clear, but had no luck. Figured I just got a bad cart and they would simply replace it. When I got to the Spokane Valley store the guy at the counter was really nice until I told him what had happened and asked could he just swap it out. He weighed the cart and told me I was lying as the cartridge was lighter than it should have been so I clearly got some use out of it. He offered to give me a 50% discount on a new cart, which I felt was not acceptable. If the cart was lighter then it should have been it was that way when they sold it to me as I doubt printing 6-8 pages trying to get it to clear would use any measurable amount of toner. I told him he should make it right and he told me no. I told him Cartridge World would not be getting any more of my business and he shrugged his shoulders and said "Oh Well" Terrible products, and the worse customer service, from a very rude person. AND it was more expensive! I went back this morning, 8am, and returned the computer. The normal morning crew that I usually deal with was on duty and one man returned it and checked his phone . He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store. 2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it. 5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for.
