I put out a general quote request (from my home in Denver, Colorado) to get a large "Patio Open" sign with our logo for a restaurant/supper club we have desperately been trying to open during COVID-19. When I finished with the bank, I didn't want to schlep all the way over to Reseda and stand in line there, so I asked Siri: "Siri, where's the closest post office." Just fill out this form, and we'll call you with the tracking number and price and take your credit card over the phone." Really? I thought. Hmm....he seems nice enough. Ah, whatever. Let's try. One hour later, I get a phone call from Sarah.... Just as kind as can be. "Your total will be blah blah and your package will arrive etc etc. Shall I e-mail your tracking number to e-mail withheld?"
