Finding Sam at Rapid Printing was a HUGE blessing! I put out a general quote request (from my home in Denver, Colorado) to get a large "Patio Open" sign with our logo for a restaurant/supper club we have desperately been trying to open during COVID-19. "The Classic Cat" on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood. Sam was the first of about 6 businesses to respond. Some took hours, some took days, some more than a week. We knew right away who wanted the business and did all he could to please. Plus, Sam had the best quote! Was extremely responsive, flexible, affordable, polite throughout everything. He even offered to come in to work after hours to meet our needs (which wasn't necessary at that moment) and provided a beautiful product that we, and everyone in Los Angeles is thrilled with! I don't have a photo of the actual product yet, due to logistics, but I saw it last night via FaceTime with our partner. It looks FABULOUS! I highly recommend giving Sam a try with your printing needs. I am sure he won't disappoint at any turn. read more

Sam was awesome! I needed almost 1,000 pages printed last minute for a business event coming up. I didn't think I'd find anywhere at 5 pm but Sam totally came through. He answered all my questions on the phone so I headed down to his store. He had me out of there with my gorgeous prints in 20 minutes! He was super kind and not to mention his cost per print was half what I was quoted elsewhere. read more

When my father passed away I ended up at Rapid Printing after passing on numerous shops. Sam came to the rescue. He truly helped ease the burden by working tirelessly to help design and print the funeral programs. As unorganized as I think I was (never having done this before) Sam was patient and understanding through all my revisions, and extra communicative through the whole process. The prices he charges for the care he takes and quality of work he does is unheard of which is why I came back couple months later to have business cards printed. The work ethic and customer service is tremendous and I cannot express enough gratitude for how such a heavy time was made lighter by the work and care that Sam provided. Stand out work, professional, super fast printing, I just can't say enough. Thank you Rapid Printing! read more

Soooo happy! I went to many many print shops before finding Sam and not a single person could print my flyers correctly. Even Sam ran into a snag but he didn't stop until it was perfected. Most of all, his personality is awesome and you can tell he truly puts his blood sweat and tears into his shop. He truly cares about his business and his customers and you can see that passion. He was very quick to respond to my situation, gave excellent advice on different sign and material options, did a great design job and was very fair on pricing considering this was a rush job on a Saturday afternoon and worked beyond normal business hours to get it done. How's this for luck? Had to do two things: Go to the bank and go to the post office. When I finished with the bank, I didn't want to schlep all the way over to Reseda and stand in line there, so I asked Siri: "Siri, where's the closest post office." She replied, "Rapid Pack & Ship seems pretty close to me." Was she being a smart ass? I had never been to a pack and ship place for Post office stuff; always it was for more specialized things like notary or UPS or FEDEX or what not. Ah, whatever. Let's try. I walk in. I was greeted kindly, and I saw on the sign-sure enough- they do USPS as well! "I'm just returning something I bought on eBay," showing my partially torn Priority Mail box. "Can I just use this?" "Sure, we can fix that! replied Ismail. My shipper is not here yet, but she'll be here any moment. Just fill out this form, and we'll call you with the tracking number and price and take your credit card over the phone." Really? I thought. Hmm....he seems nice enough. Ah, whatever. Let's try. One hour later, I get a phone call from Sarah.... Just as kind as can be. "Your total will be blah blah and your package will arrive etc etc. Shall I e-mail your tracking number to e-mail withheld?" "Yes, please! Sounds lovely!" And it was. Paid over the phone, and boom. Done. Definitely using them again. That was easy! And a nice experience. read more
