We walked into this store on Saturday morning, and asked the staff if they were able to print flyers for us. The man paused for a while and said "I don't know if we can do that". I asked if they were busy, he said they weren't; he just wasn't sure if they were able to. This was a wasted trip. After the staff refused to give us any information about the services or prices offered by the business, I left my number for the owner. The owner called me that night, and told me he could and would have everything we needed by Wednesday. He said he would text me his email after the conversation, and have the price quoted for me by Monday. It took three days for him to text me his email, and the quote never came after multiple texts. We needed these by Wednesday, and we never even got a price. read more

Sam saved me with a last minute order at a more than fair price. Saturday morning I realized I had forgotten to order tickets that I needed on Monday. He designed the ticket just how I wanted, printed them, and had them in my hands in a matter of hours! The price was more than fair and he was in touch every step to easy my panicked mind. Highly recommend. read more

Rude customer service, I asked if I can get a T-shirt printed, the woman did not even bother giving me a price/quote or any questions. She just looked at me and pointed at their email and said, email here. Like okay...? You can at least ask me more about what I want, pricing, turn around time and etc. No dialogue, puts points and that's it. I walked out, waste of time. read more

So, so grateful to this fantastic shop -- they helped us with a critical board that we needed on unfortunately short notice. Despite my panic, the owner was kind, patient, and helped direct me to the right print specs, and got us a beautiful board in time for our hard deadline. Thank you!! read more

Sam was great to work with. This job was organised all the way from Melbourne, Australia. He responded to my post so quickly and I looked at all the great reviews on the prior jobs he completed. I took it from there and I'm glad I found him. He made my grandmother's funeral a very memorable one. He printed the Funeral Program and Thank you cards. My design was well presented on the paper he chose. He was so fast and 100% reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to him for his services. Thank you Sam! read more

I really had a good experience here this year. Sam was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, thorough and reliable. He helped me with death anniversary cards for my father and he ensured that I received the best and highest quality prints. He took the time to walk me through changes I needed to make so that we could get the best quality. The turnaround time was excellent! I had the cards ready the day before the gathering and received many compliments on the cards. Thanks again Sam! This was a hard task for me, but you made it such a smooth process and I appreciate your kindness and compassion. read more

I needed to get a magazine printed for my school project and I was searching all over yelp to make sure there was a service that could produce what I needed. Sam came to the rescue as he was able to understand what I needed to do. He was so helpful over the phone and he let me email him the file. I didn't know that he was already working on the project when I came into the store. He showed me the draft version and it was EVERYTHING I envisioned it to be!! I'm so grateful for his help and he even offered me a student discount since he knew I was a poor grad student trying to get an A+ on my final project. I'm so thankful for his hospitality and attention to detail! Can't recommend him enough! read more

Sam was very helpful! I printed colored Valentine's Day card - I requested for same day printing. He was responsive and the quality was great! I would recommend! read more

SUPER reliable and super responsive even when under pressure (his main printer broke & I totally understood it wasn't his fault at all and the repair ppl couldn't come in till later than I needed my poster) but we were able to troubleshoot and come up with something to make it work for a poster I needed done overnight. I've worked with him before and his work is always quick & high quality. He really knows his stuff for this line of business and takes the time to help out the customer and get it done right at super competitive prices (like $25+ less than Kinkos & FedEx) without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend! read more

Went in to make 300 color flyers that I designed for an upcoming show. Staff was incredibly helpful as soon as I walked in, knew exactly what I wanted and helped me pick a great type of paper to use. The job was done that same night, didn't expect the job to be done so quickly. The color and cropping on the flyer was beyond my expectations. I worked days on that design, drawing and choosing the right colors, hoping the print job would match what I was seeing on my screen. I couldn't be happier with the end result, will definitely be coming back to rapid printing for any future print work. Price was reasonable and everything, love their quality! read more

Sam is the best!!! I found him on yelp and the reviews are completely on point. He was accommodating, customer focused and the quality was exceptional. I initially spoke to him on the phone and he answered my many questions and told me to come by and he'd take care of me. He did just that when I came by with my files on two occasions. The best part he was able to print them right then, in the middle of all the holiday printing that I am sure was time sensitive. His prices were amazing too! So fortunate to have a great print shop so close. Thank you Sam for all of your help read more

Unorganized. Unprofessional. Rude. These people do not want your business, do not give them your money. I typically prefer to support small business, but I highly recommend that you do not support this one. I have never had such a foul experience trying to place an order that should have been smooth and easy to deliver. I only asked for 25 shirts to be made with two words printed upon the front and back. Not a difficult task. Very disappointed with service. read more

I was calling around trying to find somebody to color print my PowerPoint presentation I need for this Monday. Sam gave me pricing over the phone and was so much less than FedEx or Kinko's. He even downloaded office 365 so that he could print my PowerPoint presentation. He was more than accommodating and super friendly. I always like supporting local businesses over the big name brands. Will definitely use him for future printing needs and recommend him to others. Thanks again Sam for all your help and the wonderful pricing. read more

Just AMAZING! I needed something real quick for my son's Wrestling Senior Night and Sam of Rapid Printing definitely came through! I simply needed 1 black hoody to be printed with my son's name and nickname (see photo). The quality of the print was impeccable as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for any print job (small or big). Thank you Sam! read more

I was in search of a printing service company/store for save the date invitations for a wedding . I tried several places before coming here, however they just weren't up to my satisfaction. A friend had recommended this place to me and all I have to say is that this place was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the best and funniest people I have met working. They listened and were helpful in meeting the highest quality In replicating the original invitation sample I required. I needed the invitations that same day and they listened, with only an hour before they closed they were able to print the entire quantity that same day. They gave me the best deal possible, than any other printing place I'd been too. I would 100% come back when I need more printing services and would recommend this place to others. :) read more

We went in on a Wednesday afternoon to inquire information about their photo prints. We were greeted immediately by the owners Sam and Gilda. A nice gentleman named Jonathan showed us the different sizes and quality of the prints available. We really liked the larger stretch canvas that was available. Immediately, we emailed the image to the owner and he was able to show us on his software how the image would like like onto the stretch canvas. Gilda is very friendly and asked us about what we do and I see a possible networking connection here between us! There's a 20% discount off your first order if you check in as a new customer! That was awesome. The store is located on a corner and street parking in front of the store can be challenging; but they have a nice parking lot behind their store - plenty of room! We received an order pickup the following afternoon, so their service is fast and superb!! The stretch canvas looks great and will make a fantastic gift for our friend! We will definitely be back for future purchases!! Thank you Sam, Gilda and Jonathan! read more
