When I asked for gluten free crust the gentleman waiting on me verified that it was an allergy and swapped out his gloves, etc which I appreciated! I did a byo (build your own) and got a gluten free crust with pesto sauce, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, bacon, chicken, spinach, and roasted garlic. It was delicious. This pizza was surprisingly fantastic. Got a 14" traditional crust with red sauce and fresh mozzarella. The crust was crispy with the right amount of chewy. The complimentary sauces were great! I was honestly taken aback about how much I enjoyed this. I hail from NY - so I have eaten a lot of pizza from chains to mom and pops. The customer service was great too. I love the concept and the pizzas are very good. Setup in a chipotle style line. You pick all of the toppings you want on your pizza and trust me their are a bunch of them. Pizzas are ready in about 5 minutes. You can choose from thick or thin crust and the pizzas are about 8-12" in diameter and for me that's the perfect helping. They also provide about a dozen dipping sauces for your pizza crust. My favorite is the chipotle. If you are looking for a fast and filling lunch this is a good choice. The last time I had this pizza it was pretty good, besides the fact that I put in a online order and it took 40mins (it said it would be done in 25). Just today they made my pizza with a ring of this burnt cinnamon. If you plan on eating here have low expectations because they have messed up every time I've gone so far. read more

Quality is decent, customer service is typically good and the pizzas arrive fast! We prefer the thin crust dough when cooked in this manner. The sauce bar and Pepsi machine are nice features. We have tried Blaze in Mason (same style cooking method). We prefer Rapid Fired because the sauces add a nice touch to the pizza (they have so many to choose from and you're not limited on how many you choose!). Don't forget to get a dusting of the bang bang seasoning on your pizza prior to cooking!! read more

I eat here every Monday, and though I'm not the biggest pizza fan, this place is good. I love the variety of options and the simple cost structure. My wife and I often split one pizza, so we're in and out for $7.50. Plus they always have coupons for buy one get one free and $1 off, so it's easy to get by cheap. Service is usually very fast, especially for a pizza place. My only real complaint would be the 180 seconds it takes to cook - I think it needs to be 210 seconds. Sometimes the pizzas just need a little more cook time to get a little crispier. But overall it's great. read more

Love the concept of this place but the taste of the pizza wasn't as good as we've had at Blaze Pizza. I think the crust wasn't as good, maybe it's because they use a traditional oven versus a wood fired oven that Blaze uses. This food is not bad-- especially for the price. However, I have been in on two separate occasions and received terrible service. The staff seems to hang around to prep the pizzas and toss them on the conveyor oven. Then, like a Houdini trick, they (staff) all disappear. The pizzas all make their way though the oven and stack up. Eventually one employee realizes what they've done to us and comes out to scramble and cut pizzas up. As they scramble to do so, they hand out pizza in random orders. I typically order three for my family. It adds multiple minutes of waiting for them to mix up all of the guests and to end up with all of my pizzas. 180 seconds my a**-- try 15 minutes. read more

These types of pizzas are the latest trend because they are thin crusted and can be baked in about half the time, or less, than traditional pizzas. There is nothing wrong with the restaurant, but I find this pizza to be wanting as compared to traditional pizza. If in a rush, would order there again. read more

The pizza is bomb, but the employee Jessica and GM Matthew were extremely rude to me and my fiancé. They did nothing but give dirty looks and talk crap the whole entire time we were eating. They close at 11pm on Saturday's we walked in around 10:10 for a quick meal and I will not be back to this location because the employees were awful. 10/10 would not go here to be treated like crap and would go to the next closes pizza place. read more

The pizza is vey good. You can create your own pizza and it only takes 3 minutes for it to cook. However the restaurant needs cleaned. Inside the front door there was a cigarette bud and many of the tables needed cleaned. I was there for an hour and nobody cleaned them. read more

First trip here. Staff was not friendly, they were very rushed and disorganized. They were not helpful with the process to order. The toppings person was a mess. Someone we were with didn't get to add veggies to their pizza before it was whisked away to the oven, when we called to her she didn't respond, we had to tell the cashier. This employee also picked up a hot pizza pan without a oven mitt. Pizza's were backed up at roll oven. My pizza was made wrong. I asked for "chicken sausage" they put on chicken AND sausage?! I was told to go to the head of the line and reorder. Another customer was having hers reordered as well. Then a different customer was called ahead of me. They don't write your orders down as you order toppings so you have list everything again. I walked away and had them just refund my money. The employee shouted across the restaurant for me to come back and order. I told them it was fine. At that point, I didn't want to eat anything here because all of the hassle. I tasted the pizzas of the people whom were with me, I'm glad I didn't order. It was a waste of my time and would have been a waste of money. Good thing it's cheap there. Tombstone is better. Thin crust was very thin and cheese was greasy. All of their dipping sauces are served cold. Instead of focusing on speed, they need to focus on accuracy and politeness.
