First Time trying rapid fire pizza and amid the covid situation I was happy to see they had implemented employee and customer masks required. Employees wear gloves and had plexi across the food ordering and prep area. Now the next and more important part - the food and restaurant. Lots of great options on the menu. The staff was friendly and was nicely treated. I went w the mushroom pizza minus the chicken. You can make your own or modify any pizzas on the menu. Prep was quick and was impressed that by the time I got our drinks the pizzas were coming out. You can pick dipping sauce which I went w Red Hot sauce which is 2 containers. We took our order to go and once we got home. When we opened them I was excited to take. But since the car ride was smelling good heading home. Taking my first bite was pleasantly impressed that this pizza was quite tasty. I enjoyed the tangy red sauce and very fresh pan crust. Fluffy w. A crunchy outer crust. Veggies were fresh and cheese was good w an added feta cheese touch together w the mozzarella. I was overall very happy with how rapid the process was to get our food ordered and most important the pizza was quite good. My only drawback is they need to hand cleaner available since the drink area is touch screen make your own soda station. Love the set up just wasn't comfortable touching the screen with respect to the health crisis. Should have hand sanitizer in the area. Sorry it's really a 4.5 but I'm trying to be clear with my review. This would not stop me from coming here btw... everything else was great and would recommend coming here for pizza. It's not my favorite pizza place but it is cool to have a place that's like a Subway type pizza place. You can choose your own toppings and the cheese bread is pretty good. Dessert pizza isn't bad either. They have a self-serve drink machine too. It could be a little cleaner inside but they seem to be short on staff so that may contribute to that. read more

I love Pizza, and since moving from Miami, Florida, I have not been able to find some go-to Pizza places. Pizzas good enough to make a trip for... because they are so good. Finally I found one: Rapid Fired Pizza. I know they had some locations down there, but i never took the time to go to one. Finally did up in Lima, OH and i have to say the Pizza is amazing! They have some types of pizza you can order or you can custom build one. Plenty of toppings to choose from but i think what makes the pizza so good is the choice of sauce and seasonings. They can totally change how good it tastes. Been here a few times, and I can say that i am definitely a spicy sauce fan and it must have some spicy seasoning added! They also sell pastas, calzones and some desserts. All of them are delicious as well. Their calzones are some of the best i have ever had. Again like their Pizza, you can choose the ingredients, sauce and seasonings. It is also called Rapid Fired... and no joke its cooked super quick in their ovens. You will not wait long for your food... i was in an out in less than 10 minutes and i buy lots of food. The store also has beers/cider to drink if you are there. Only thing i wish is they would also sell wings... but i guess you can't have it all. Great Pizza! I will continue to come back for more! read more

The pizzas were 11 inches should advertise just a personal pan pizza they are awful and taste like cardboard. Paid for extra cheese didn't get extra cheese. May as well went to the grocery store and bought a jacks pizza would have tasted better! Also no one will answer the phone so this tells me they know they are crap! I walk in go to the start of the line. Order my personal pan pizza of which they only sell personal size which is awesome. It's set up is Subway like. Dough, 3 types of sauce to choose from. A couple of cheeses and any ingredients you could imagine. This pizza uses the highest quality ingredients. The best part is I had my pizza in hand 2 minutes after paying the cashier. So I basically waited 5 minutes for gourmet quality. This is the best pizza I've had in a long time and by far the best in Lima Ohio. The staff was very professional. When I go out to eat I'm generally hungry and I hate waiting 30-45 minutes for my food. So what you have is the best sit down quality pizza without the wait. This needs to be #1 in Lima. read more

I walked in and assessed the situation and then i went for it. Keep in mind u can put the world on this pizza so for 8 bucks dont expect homemade meats. Anyway i got the thick crust which is not actually thick but its thicker than thin. They have a few different sauces so since its my first trip i want with the sweet red. Extra sauce of course...pep, sausage, red onion, fresh mushrooms (they also offer cooked)and tomatoes. MASTERPIECE!! Now.... the sauce isnt goin to knock u down with bold flavor but its works. The crust is decent and the toppings r fresh. Lets jus say i got my pizza fix and i aint mad at all. There is terrible pizza out there but this aint 1. For what u can do with a pizza and the price. Over a year later, no contact by anyone at rapid fired pizza. They ignored several of my calls with no return calls, I was never able to get a human being on the line with corporate. and ever though I loved their food; I made the commitment to not eat at their place of business. I have also bashed their company via word of mouth every time I get a chance. read more

I really like this place, the price is amazing for what you can get! You can put whatever you like on your pizza, so if you're like me and like interesting flavors more than the typical pizzeria then come here! It's the chipotle of pizzas . Really delicious, exactly what you want. My only qualm is that inside has so much potential, but has really poor acoustics and seems quite bare. Food makes up for it though! read more

We really enjoy the food here and stop by weekly. There are a few things that are disappointing though. The staff seems spread too thin and therefore aren't as courteous as they could be, and someone made a decision to take all the sauces away from the dining room. This creates frustration from the staff when we ask for additional sauces and crowds up the pickup area. read more

The atmosphere and experience of the customer is quick, friendly, and welcoming. The final product is something to smile about, and it tastes great, too! I would recommend this as an excellent place to eat, with generous portions and fair prices for said portions. Be sure to try the cheese sticks and dessert pizza! Went in for a quick lunch with my brother. Service was fast, staff was really friendly. You choose what they put on your pizza and they make it in front of you, and the staff really listened to make the best pizza I could get. I love that you get your own sauces so it's not a fight about how much ranch I can have with my pizza...and I always appreciate the beverage machines that you can add flavors to. To top it all of, my first bite of pizza was like a little slice of heaven!! read more

Very pleasant staff! Helpful and friendly! A great concept. An amazing amount of cheeses, veggies, and meats to choose from. Multiples (as in cheeses, sauces, or toppings) are fine! $7.50 a pizza is not bad price wise. My complaint is simply that it is not piping hot. Numerous toppings make it hard to heat completely through in that shirt time span. I actually settled on a 4 star due to the amazing staff (5 star) and food quality (3 star). Subway of the pizza world. Enjoy selecting my toppings as I walk through line. Love the red sauce and prompt service. None of the employees have acted exasperated with me as I ordered my initial and subsequent pizzas on follow up trips. This is the pizza version of chipotle or subway. The crust isn't the greatest, but I love the concept of building your own pizza and receiving it piping hot just 3 minutes after you order. The pizza has good flavor and they don't skimp on the toppings. Nice selection of free dipping sauces. The only disappointment was that the pepsi spire machine (120 flavor choices) did NOT have any diet caffeine-free choices. The owner and management really should add that choice for those customers.
