He asked me some questions over the phone to see if he could tell me how to fix it over the phone. Unfortunately he couldn't and said he could have someone here in 30 Minutes. 20 minutes later, Edgar showed up and troubleshooted the issue. It turned out to be a fuse. He replaced it and everything started working again. What I was really impressed with this company is that they were very professional from start to finish. Edgar showed up in a professional vehicle and fully in uniform. He explained everything he was going to do. Once he found the problem, he explained that it was a simple fix and the reason the fuse blew was because the system needed to be serviced. Thank you Edgar and Andrew for saving my Event. I will be using you guys again.

Literally the pricing is beyond reasonable, the work exceptional, but the transparency, kindness and courtesy shown to us was a breath of fresh air. I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Green Solar Electric Solutions. When you call the office and speak to Julie, she AMAZING!!!! If ever there is a company that deserves recognition for their awesome work and professionalism, this is the company for you!!! I also needed an outlet installed in the hallway where there were no outlets near by (also with own dedicated circuit) John was quick to call me and schedule an electrician to take a look at what i needed. Robert came within hours of the call and gave us a fair quote for the work. We got 3 other quotes and they all seemed in the same ball park - $1200 to $1400, based on the work (i don't have an attic, so a lot of cutting) but Green Electric gave the most competitive pricing and the work is insured. We received a first time customer discount as well. We decided on Robert because of his professionalism and amount of knowledge he had on the work and the input he gave us. Robert did a great job. Worked on saturday for about five hours and gave us a drywall recommendation. The weekend worked perfectly for us as we both work from home. Would definitely work with Robert and Green electric again.

Had a terrible experience with Villa Electric. They showed up to set up, turned off all the…read moreelectricity at our house, then left everything for 6 days without communicating to us what was happening. We had to call and ask them about it because we had scheduled to have other contractors come in based on the timeline he gave us. He left apprentices unsupervised to do the work (which is illegal in CA), and they made several mistakes which had to be fixed. Because they were unsupervised, those mistakes weren't caught until after the fact, after we had been told it was done and that it was okay for the dry wall team to repair the walls. This meant they had to reopen the walls and redo painting that had already been done. His response to the other crew was simply, "invoice me". He had absolutely no respect for the other team's work or time. They also broke 3 lights. One of those lights he told us he would reimburse the cost of the light and replace it. Another one he refused to take responsibility for, and we are having to replace on our own. Additionally, his team wired something incorrectly in one room, creating an open neutral. This caused the breaker to flip. It was after we had been told that all of the work was done. He had to come back to repair it. His team was also extremely messy and left behind trash. This wasn't just trash from the work they had completed -- they also left fast food trash on top of their electrical trash, outside of our house where rodents could get into it. We had to call him to have them remove the trash they left behind. When they did remove it, they confused some bags we had in the garage that had camping gear in it for their trash and threw out our camping bags along with it. They initially told us they would take 2 weeks to do the job, but it ended up taking at least a month. This delayed all of the work we were having done, costing us time and resources. We are still waiting for him to come fix one of the lights and to reimburse us for the cost of the hardware. At one point, we considered switching electricians midway through because we lost confidence in their ability to do the job correctly. I'm still worried that there are things we will have to correct later on, and am just hoping that there are no major safety issues. Do not use this electrician. While he himself may be licensed and know how to do the work, he leaves the majority of the work to unsupervised apprentices, creating safety issues and delaying the work overall.

The work done was equivalent to a free estimate. The technician mentioned an hourly rate of less than $200 per hour, but did not know what to charge me. The technician contacted his supervisor and came back with a quote of $300. I told him the lady said $200 on the phone and he made a call to try to lower the price because even he admitted it was pricy for such a short time. He said he could only get it down to $250 and that I could call the owner to sort out the payment. The lady who told my boyfriend $200 calls me to collect the $250. First she denies that she ever said $200 and that it was always a $300 minimum. Then when I mention the $25 off coupon for the first time, she says they don't do coupons! When I tell her I'm staring right at it, she asks where I found it. I tell her it's in this month's local newsletter. She has a side conversation and then says the $250 was including the coupon...she didn't even know it existed until I told her! I ended up paying $250 to end the senseless conversation and get them off my back. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Hard to find a company that cares less about its customers. The fact that they couldn't even hold true to a $25 coupon says it all.
