I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage with a foot treatment. I booked my massage on their website as instructed. Then, a few weeks before my massage I received emails saying they moved locations from Rice Street in Roseville to Main Street in Stillwater. Then, I received other emails saying that I could switch my office massage time to in-home but I'd have to pay the travel fee if my appointment feel between the time of them relocating. My appointment did not, so I left it as is. I tried calling their published number, each time, their voicemail was full. The Friday before my appointment, I received an email confirming my appointment at the Rice Street location. The morning of my appointment, I went to the Rice Street location, the building was closed, locked, for what seemed like the holiday weekend (my appointment was on Labor Day - which was, according to their website, an available appointment time). Since the building was locked, I called their number and there was no answer. Their voicemail was full. I sent them an email to inform them i was on my way to my appointment. To this day, i haven't received a phone call or an email to tell me what happened to their business or my appointment. I then drove to the new location in Stillwater, asked other businesses in the same building where they could be located, and still could not find them. The existing businesses has never heard of them. In all, this ways over an hour of my time, at a time when I should have been relaxing on a massage table, I was stressing out.
To my knowledge, their Groupon is still active on Groupon for the same deal... but their business seems to be closed. Groupon needs to do a better job vetting the business they are selling Groupon for. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me using Groupon for massages. Both times, Groupon has quickly credited my account, but I am still upset that I was not able to get that time I wanted for a relaxing massage. read more
