When I wanted a platinum extremely light blonde I called them and I explained that I was not happy with the outcome went back and hoping that somebody else would be doing my hair and they Had the same girl do my hair that I wasn't happy with in the first place I went in and I was telling her what I wanted and why I wasn't happy. She started to argue with me about the toner. I was hoping somebody would be there to guide her through this process because obviously she is new. The owner did not come around until it came to the toning. After she toned my hair she did not rinse it all the way out.
