She was able to get me to relax enough so that she could try to get the kinks out of my back. I can't tell you how much better I felt after my hour long massage. I was much more relaxed. The owner did not come around until it came to the toning. After she toned my hair she did not rinse it all the way out. I had services but never received an invoice until a year later with an overdue statement. Then, I found out they didn't have the correct insurance information, and it was too late for them to submit to my current insurance. I was then told it was my responsibility to ensure they had the correct information. Well, if you don't receive an invoice, how do you know that they weren't submitted to the correct insurance? Poor customer relations.
