I worked with Dr.Raouf and he is a very kind gentle and knowledgeable doctor. He cares genuinely about his patients and he will do what it takes to make them feel comfortable while in his office. His office is run smoothly and and he kind to his office staff. He office surroundings are clean and he tries to give his attention to each patient he sees. Overall Dr.Raouf is a great doctor who is knowledgeable and cares deeply about his patients even though sometimes the political aspects of the job can be frustrating. On my first visit I thought the guy was brilliant but then he never called me with the results of my blood work. My second visit I arrived at his office to find out he was on vacation. Navigating the parking lot was a nightmare with all the potholes especially the one exiting the parking lot in which case I exited the entrance. read more

I saw this dr several times when I lived in the area and left the practice due to the inexcusable horrendous wait times. It was a convenient location but never worth the wait. How is it possible to have a minimum 1 hour but often 2-3 hours wait? I walked out on my final visit. Recently, I accompanied a friend to an appointment and found that nothing has changed. Terribly long wait and I hope I convinced this friend that it's worth a longer drive to a practice that treats patient more respectfully. read more

Dr Raouf has beeen my doctor for 7 years. he knows me inside and out,he use to be caring loving compassionate and helpful. he lost it all. he is nasty..talks over you..downgrades your symptoms..he literally took me out of the room in front of 3 nurses to fill my prescriptions...I have bad anxiety bipolar and depression...when I was trying to explain to him that my insurance needed an approval for one of my meds,he said..I don't have to do anything..he said working with you and your insurance is torture. I started to cry..he said what are you crying for..I said you are making me nervous..FOR WHAT He says as he kept his back toward me..I said your asking me questions with attitude that I can't think strait. he says ok,,when your brain comes down you call me ok...he had told me on Fri in a televisit to make this appt cuz he believes i need a rumatoid doc for fibromyalgi..I asked for the number again..he says, forget all my recommendations and I definitely don't remember saying that...I almost fell on the floor in shock. I left that day and in a huff and he told me to leave and find another doctor. he is old and tired and cranky. he needs to retire. he will do no good for anyone like this...signed heartbroken read more

Dr. Raouf has been my doctor for years and I love this guy!! The new staff is super friendly and helpful. I never have to wait very long, and he never rushes my appointments. He always follows up with me, and he makes sure all his patients are comfortable. Which is good! Especially since my kids are scared of shots! Love this guy! We had to move out of the country and we still see him on our regular visits back home as I can't find I doctor I trust more! I recommend Dr. Raouf to everyone I know. read more

SKYLINE MEDICAL Dr. Raouf from what I understand may be a friendly kind doctor but his staff is enough to make you sick! The lack of organization, communication, and knowledge is beyond lax! Being a patient of Dr. Raouf for 12 years you would think the staff had basic knowledge of the patient! We dropped off on Friday at 9am a copy of an emergency letter that required the doctor's signature for government purposes. The government requiring the letter by 5pm that day - (government made this request on Thursday at 4:45pm) .... Details of necessity were completely explained to the staff on Friday morning! The fact that this letter would change the life of a special needs adult was fully emphasized!!! This letter was basically to confirm for government that this young lady has been challenged her entire life! Throughout the day on Friday we visited the office to inquire on the progress of the required signature. Nothing! They would call when ready! As of Monday morning at 9am when we arrived they were clueless and had done nothing with the letter - once again we explained the importance of the letter - Following that we waited in the office for over one hour - the covering doctor even had the nerve to come out and explain the protocol of the office and that it takes 48 hours - maybe if she checked with her office staff she would have known she had this request in her office for over 48 hours!!!! As the letter was handed to us 1 hour and 13 minutes later (after a comedy of errors) the office staff member had the nerve to comment "doing this one a favor and she is yelling at me" ..... At this point we took the letter and replied now in a loud tone .... "no one has yelled as you and as far as a favor this is your job that you are getting paid for!" Skyline medical .....THUMBS DOWN!!!!! P.S. - The letter containing 12 sentences they had to re-typed on doctors letterhead was copied wrong .... The dates of this young lady being a patient of the practice was off by 11 years!!!!!! read more

Dr. Raouf is a patient and attentive doctor. With some doctors it seems as though they are not truly listening to you. However, with Dr. Raouf he really puts in the effort to understand what your issue is. He is also very knowledgeable and makes the information easily digestible so you're not lost in all the medical terminology and you know exactly what and why he is prescribing what he does. read more

Dr. Raouf has been my primary care doctor since I was a baby. No matter what day or what time he is always there for me when I need him! He is one the smartest people I know. His staff are extremely friendly, patient, and punctual. He's a great doctor minus his 1-4 hour wait time. However, now he won't refill your prescriptions on time. If I miss a day of my medication, I'm prone to seizures. Last month, I called twice a day for 6 days straight to get a refill.. finally I got it on day 7.. thank God I didn't have to go to the hospital. This month, now it's been 4 days since I requested a refill, nothing yet and he's closed tomorrow. I wonder if he can lose his license for this. read more

Dr. Raouf in Ringwood, NJ is a very nice man and seems to be a good dr., unless you like to be seen within 2 hrs of your appointment time. EVERY time I have gone to see this guy over the last 25 years that i can remember I have waited no less than 1 hr. Today I waited for over 1 and a half hours (45 in the waiting room, then 45+ more in the exam room waiting for the dr.) just to get the results of a blood test that came back 3 weeks prior. I litterally was there for 1 hour 45 minutes and I only spoke to the doctor for 3-4 of them, and then he told me he'd like to see again in 2 months. YEAH, fat chance on that one. I'll definately be cancelling that appointment tomorrow and letting them know why read more

Excellent doctor when not in a hurry. Totally overbooked or double booked? Wait time for fairly new patients is around 3 hours. If you complain at the front desk, suddenly you are the next to be seen, that after you tell the staff what room number you are in. There is a tablet hanging on the wall near the door with the room numbers on it. The tablet has a magnetic disc that they move up or down to show room priority to Dr Raouf. In another words; it does not matter if you are on time for your appointment or not. You are seen by priority level that is set by the office staff. THIS IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
