I also really liked Ashley Wickert; she was very helpful and kind during my appointments. The last time I called the office however I was taken back by this very aggressive receptionist. She must be new because the older woman at the front desk was always so lovely! This newer receptionist was complaining that I did not answer my phone, that I needed a refill for a medication from a doctor who no longer works in the office and belittle me over making my yearly appointment. Besides the very unfriendly and miserable new receptionist, I'd recommend Dr. Dicker to anyone!

She is cautious with prescribing any new medication and we appreciate that. My mother has several health challenges and Dr Chadha is proficient with them all. She is not very charming at times, as she can come on as distant to her patients. I guess social skills are not part of the med school curriculum. My respect for her as a doctor was further cemented and enhanced when I overheard the ER staff and doctors taking among themselves about her great skills diagnosing my life threatening condition.
