Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and confident. She was also extremely gentle and precise--I genuinely couldn't feel any of the injections! I went back a couple of weeks later for free touch ups. Michelle communicated that since it was my first time with her, if I felt like I needed more units I could come for touch ups free of charge! My mother and I have been coming to Dr. Raoof's office for several years now. We have had simple procedures like chemical peels and mostly facias. However, this review is specifically for Irina. She does the facials. She is absolutely amazing. She is always educating herself and her services improve every time we come to see her. Including with the facial, she gives a massage is that is just not a general massage. Hers is very specific that no one else in the office can do. We really have no words to express how amazing her massage is. She has magic hands. In addition, she is always incredibly friendly and professional. Her appearance is also always impeccable. I believe they have other estheticians, but Irina is the absolute best there - no offense to the other ladies! If you want to schedule a facial, do it with Irina. My mom has been a long time client of this office, so when I decided I was ready to consider Botox, I had my mom make an appointment for a consultation. I'm 33 years old and was concerned about a faint forehead line I had noticed, so I figured a little Botox could help. I was not asked about any previous medical history or any current medication. The office manager took my mother and I in. She asked me to frown and raise my eyebrows and then proceeded to tell me I needed 50 units of Botox and that I HAD to do the area between my eyebrows as well because I was what she considered to be "an expressive talker." I told her I didn't want two areas and that I felt 50 units was excessive. She then questioned me, "what do you know about Botox anyway?" Then, Dr. Raoof comes in and immediately states, "oh you must be here for the bags under your eyes." What?! He then begins insulting me for the next 5 minutes telling me how much swelling and darkness I have under my eyes, repeatedly touching my face. He then adds, " you don't really have cheekbones either, so you could do a little injection there," touching my face again. Needless to say, I had never been so insulted in my life. My mom was in such shock that she didn't even say a word. We left and I will never step foot into that office again. Ridiculous. read more

So I really enjoyed the friendly talks with the office manager and they gave me the first available appointment, since I was in rush. Before I knew Dr. Raoof, I had a skin problem which an internal medicine doctor gave me ten days of antibiotics and it didn't work. The doctor ordered another set of antibiotics. Insane. I went to a dermatologist and he ordered antibiotic ointment for two to four weeks. The symptoms were getting worse after three day. Till a friend introduced Dr. Raoof. When Dr. Raood looked at it, in literally one second he told me the name of that disease and that it will be cured with two antibiotics combined. The problem started going away for good in a few days. Another time there was a very small foreign object in my finger, was swollen, and hurt like hell. Well it's Friday night and I went to emergency room. He put that needle in my finger hoping to pull something out, but it didn't happen and my finger was swollen for another five days. When I went to Dr. Raoof, he pulled it out in a few minutes and it was not swollen after a few days. He said sometimes the foreign object is so small, it may not show in X-Ray. The office manager, Zhilla who works there for years, is a very important part of that office. She has a heart of gold, smart, informative and extremely helpful. One time when she was out of town and my father had a problem, she contacted Dr. Raoof who was also out of town and they took care of father's problem. I had great experiences at RAOOF MD. I went in for my botox with Michelle and she was so gentle. I love my results, especially the lip flip she suggested came out so good! Plus she knew exactly how I wanted my eyebrows lifted and she delivered. stay away,this place is not knowledgeable on cyst removals. I needed to get a cyst removal done. The first person i talked to over the phone say yes they due such a service & had me come in for a free consultation. I was told i needed to do a biopsy before they attempt to remove it. which I was ok with. They charged me $300 for the biopsy service. 2 weeks later they called me back to say the biopsy sample they took wasn't enough & couldn't get a good diagnoses on what it was. Then told me they recommend someone else to do. Not sure why i was charged 300 if they couldn't do the service in the first place. I felt ripped off. The staff was very nice & friendly but why charge someone 300 if you cant do the service. will not be going back here again. fair Warning to all - stay away read more

I highly recommend Raoof MD for your dermatology needs. Rebecca Raoof is a fantastic provider who genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to carefully listen and address any concerns that you might have. She also carefully explains everything ensuring that you understand the proposed action plan for your skin. During my visit, I had a skin check to look for cancerous/pre-cancerous moles since they run in my family. She ended up having to remove two moles but was very conservative in her approach. She didn't take more moles then she felt was necessary. She plans to keep an eye on a few other moles that could be suspicious. She removed the moles with ease and I didn't feel a thing. Total pro! Rebecca also removed this pesky little bump that I had on my face right beneath my eye that really annoyed me. She put me at ease during this procedure since I was a little nervous it being so close to my eye. It was quick and painless and I am so happy that it has been removed! I also got advised on what my skin care routine should be based upon the findings of my exam/ facial scan. It was also super neat to learn my skin age and understand what kind of skin damage I have and how to prevent future damage. Raoof MD has the latest technology and the best service!
