Donald did a great job creating a friendly atmosphere and explaining everything we needed to know, without much boring filler. We were given breaks every 50 minutes to stretch our legs and a generous hour long lunch break. The Bartlett Range we had our course at, was very nice and even swept up our bullet casings for us. I genuinely can't think of anything I would changed or done different. As you can easily find out, Donald has been doing this a long time and has some of the most experience, being a veteran and long-term officer in Shelby County. So if you have any doubts, I would put those aside because It's much easier than you might think. Despite not needing one in Tennessee anymore, getting your permit put you in better position legally, if you ever had to use a firearm and it's a good place to start if you have never fired a weapon before. Highly recommend this to every firearm owner.

He made me feel valued and heard, which was more than I could ask for. We have used Richard's Armory for putting on a picatinny rail system on one of our rifles as well and he did a superb job.
