Worst customer service ever ever. rude live chat person should be fired no help at all at all basically argued with me like I was in the wrong when all I wanted was the part I paid for 20 days prior, or a refund so I could go elsewhere but said I would have to wait for the part I they can't tell me when I'll receive and then return it and pay a return fee. Just cancel it you don't have it you don't know when you will have it give me a refund. ok. be prepared to pay postage if you have to send it back. and i think they will not refund shipping. they put "cushioned" steering wheel. that could mean anything for the steering wheel cover . it was thick. it fit my classic car, but the steering wheel cover was about an inch on the edges or so and it was too thick to look good on my car. i was taken back by it. i would have sent it back would had lost money on the shipping i wasnt prepared to lose about $30 by the time i paid shipping it back an what it cost for them to ship it to me. i wouldnt recommend it for a classic car. the only reason why i got it was because i had a hard time finding one to fit my steering wheel as it is bigger than the standard car steering wheel. read more

They don't care about my experience or that they lost us as a customer. We ordered a bumper a month ago and it still hasn't come. Warning !!!! I have been a customer for a very long time February 1, 2021 I purchased an order with that order I got the wrong item. On my receipt and on the website I have the correct part number. (And side) but they're telling me I have got the right item. Which I don't. they're going off the bill. I have already send them pictures and they still can't confirm that what I'm saying is right. Probably because they don't know anything about what they're selling. And I'm like you guys are the expert ??? Whattt!!! It's just like putting your shoes on. Left side goes on the left -right goes on the right. I Explained that the orange LED it's on the outside. I ordered a grill insert for my KW in Jan. First I received an email saying it was going to be delayed but they didn't say how long. I had to call them and they informed me it would be shipping to them the 3rd wk of Feb so I should expect it late Feb, early March. End of Feb came along, no updates, I call them again and now they say 3rd wk of March. Not happy but ok, I decided to wait.. About a wk later a get a voicemail saying they have the part but it's missing something like a screw and to call them back to see if I wanted it like that and they would offer me a discount. I tried calling to find out what was missing but like always hold times are longer than usual so I requested a call back which I never got. A few days later I get an email saying my item has shipped. I wondered if they shipped one in perfect condition or is it the one with the "Missing screw". I receive it and its the one with the missing screw. I can't believe they sent it to me without my approval and no discount! I call them immediately and told them the situation. They offered a 3% discount ($15). I told them it wasn't just a screw. It was a rivet and I need a rivet gun to put it on. They said all they were willing to give me is that. No apologies, they didn't offer to take it back. Nothing, basically just ..oh well. I had to buy a rivet gun with rivets ($30 on Amazon). I wasn't out that much but I was inconvenienced. The grill itself is beautiful but their customer service is terrible and the wait time was very long and to top it all off I ended up paying more and I had to fix it myself. I purchased a dash-camera in July. When the plastic bracket failed, three months later, Raney's contacted the manufacturer for me and I had an improved bracket two days later. Raney's customer service helped me reinstall. Couldn't be happier with the customer centric service they offer. read more

Don't waste your time unless you have plenty of time to waste. They sit on their orders for three business days before they get around to shipping your order IF they have it. They also charge more than it costs to ship item to make extra money. Very poor service !! read more
