They shared that there was nothing that could be done to fix my computer; the computer had been constructed poorly and insufficiently. TCS didn't charge me for their diagnostic services, which was very kind. I also appreciated their honesty about the laptop being unfixable (short of a $1000 overhaul). Their honesty and integrity stood out to me; they should be commended for this. They could have lied, made up a problem, and then charged me. I am thankful God led me to trust a business that treats people with respect and transparency.

It took over a week and a half to get my phone back and I had to return back twice to check on the status. They only called and "updated" me once which was really just a voicemail asking to call back. I called back within ten minutes and no one answered, FIVE times. So I had no clue what was going on after they took my money since it was "required" to order the part. THEN the part somehow got lost in the mail and they had to reorder it and "overnight" it but it still took four more days. This place is a joke. And I received my phone with scratches on the display screen. Don't waste your time or money
