When it took longer than it expected, they fired Alex and refused to pay him for his work. Fear not, I paid him. Then I discovered my brand new black lacquer coffee table hand been chipped. It also took me a full month to obtain a receipt from them. When asking for the receipt, they were non-responsive until I told them I couldn't find my Blu-ray DISC Player. Then they came to my apartment, ransacked through my opened boxes, and had to call Keith to find out where he packed it. It turns out, he packed it at the bottom of a red box marked Bedroom, which contained my nightstand lamp, desk lamp, and makeup drawers. My Blu-ray player didn't have any protection on it. I'm grateful it was found, but still not happy with the services I paid for. My clothes were tossed into industrial size garbage bags. No wardrobe boxes were used. When you pay a moving company over $1,000 dollars, you expect professional services, which this company did NOT provide.​

We hired this guy to do our yard for $35.00 every 2 weeks. He was also to do weed kill. After the first cut he told me he would do the weeds next week when it was dryer. The second cut was one week later. He told me he could not do the weeds due to rain from the prior day. Now, in the third and final week/cut, it was dry. When we asked him about doing the weeds, his excuse was that the nozzle on his sprayer was broken. He had three weeks to fix it. We have always done our grass every two weeks prior to summer. We have a very small yard, and with a rider, our yard literally takes ten minutes to cut. When hired, he told us he would do our yard every two weeks. Then, on the second cut, he informed me that he would not cut our yard every two weeks and if he did, he would then charge us $45.00, which would have been ok if he had done the weeds as hired for. With his nozzle being broken and no signs of it getting fixed, we have to hire someone else, so I fired him for not doing the job he was hired to do. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
