Our moving help left us high and dry on a 93degrees day, after we drove 41/2 hours to reach our destination. We had a 20 foot U-Haul packed to ceiling, a pick up truck that looked like the Beverly hbillies packed it and a car full of all kinds of life stuff. But he couch cowboys came within an hour of asking, on a Saturday no less! We were blessed to meet these two young hustlers. They couldn't be more courteous or professional. I even wrote them a song about their business, they were THAT GOOD!! Highly recommend as the song says the "move anything, mount up anything but horses lol,small repairs " fair pricing too! we even gave them extra to go get a steak meal. To be honest, it's hard to find anything negative to say about Couch Cowboys. They are by far the best movers I have ever used. They are professional, hardworking, diligent, and trustworthy. The company gave a fair quote and are competitive considering the Muncie moving market. The two gentlemen I had took their time to load and unload my furniture. They made sure not to scratch any of my personal items and wrapped all the big pieces of furniture. Just what I needed for my cross-country move from Seattle to Indy! They responded promptly, were very communicative and offered a competitive price. I wasn't sure when exactly I was going to arrive on the day of since I was driving from out of state, so they were able to work with my schedule. When I got to my new place, the landlord was late with the keys, but they were super nice about it and waited along with me. Couch Cowboys did a fantastic job! They loaded furniture from our house to move to another location AND unloaded 2 Pods that contained a lot of heavy furniture, patio furniture, work bench for garage, etc. very polite and pleasant to work with. Even mounted the TV on the wall for us after working hard for 7-8 hours. They worked quickly and never took a break. Franz and Bret are the best! I was looking for a new mattress and looked under Facebook marketplace. They had a great deal for queen size mattress that I could not pass up. The mattress is new manufactured in September 2023 and even had the plastic around it. They even delivered it to me for free. I'm looking forward to sleeping on it tonight.
