In a birthday bind, I needed to send an executive gift to our dear friend and colleague who works remotely out of Indy. We knew exactly what we wanted to gift him, but there was no way (I thought) to get it to him same day...enter ROSCOE and his express delivery service. After calling through a list of "courier" services in Indy that I found online, none of whom would take my proposal, I called Roscoe's Express. Not only did Roscoe himself, agree to help me, but they added a very personal touch to the gift delivery by creating a special birthday certificate to present to our colleague along with the gifts that the courier had to make two stops along the way to pick up and then deliver to the final destination, our co-worker's home. THANK YOU, ROSCOE! Good heart with GREAT customer service - a rarity these days! read more

Used their service to have a large item bought at Sams delivered to my home. They some of the most courteous and accommodating service providers I have dealt with. The charge was reasonable, they explained the process clearly, kept me abreast of the status of my delivery and were on time. Couldn't have asked for anything better. read more

My experience was everything that I hoped for! I don't remember who I spoke with but the few people I came in contact with were very polite. From the time I called in until the time my order was delivered, I really liked how they showed concern for my needs. I'll most definitely do business with this company again if I ever need delivery service. read more

Roscoe and his son really helped me out during a stressful time. I was dealing with a very ill mother who was in her last days and I needed a recliner delivered to the rehab center she was in so I could sleep next to her. Mom went so quickly that I had to have them come out two days later and transport the chair and everything else that had collected in the room for four weeks back to my house. They were super sweet and understanding and just got it done when I needed someone on my side. Their prices were reasonable and if I ever need some help on down the line, I won't hesitate to call on them again. I really don't know how I would have gotten through it all without them.
