I would not recommend getting a dumpster from this company. My experience was extremely disappointing. I called with basic questions about pricing, dumpster placement, and the rental process--questions any customer would reasonably ask before spending money. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was met with a rude and aggressive attitude. The conversation progressed all the way to discussing where the dumpster would be placed, which clearly shows I was interested in renting a container. If I had no intention of moving forward, we never would have gotten to that point. I was simply asking if the dumpster could be placed in a specific location on my property. When I attempted to get clarification, the representative became confrontational and ultimately disconnected the call. I later called back to speak with a manager, but ended up dealing with the same individual who continued to be dismissive and claimed I was never interested in renting a dumpster, which is simply not true. As a paying customer, I should be able to ask questions about pricing, placement, and service expectations without being treated rudely. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience fell far below what I would expect from a professional business. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other companies that value their customers and communicate respectfully. read more

We reached out to Greenway Dumpsters over the Memorial Day holiday weekend as we were removing our failing deck. They returned our calls (twice!) to apologize for being off for the holiday, but stated they could get a dumpster to us on Tuesday. We ordered a 15 cu.yd. dumpster that was delivered as promised. The driver was awesome, asking exactly where we wanted it, how we wanted it situated on the driveway, demonstrating how the walk-in door operated, and explaining the process for pickup. Even thanked us for our business before leaving. We filled it and called for its pickup, which went exactly as expected. Can't imagine a better, more pain-free experience from a dumpster company. I never want to rip out another deck, but if I do, I'd contact Greenway in a heartbeat. read more

Great Company, Great People. I own a company and use Greenway anytime we need a dumpster, which is just about every other week. I used to just use whoever I could get a hold of until I came across Greenway at some point last year. Since then, we only use them now. Very easy to work with. Jordan goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. I don't know how many times I have given him some real late notices about getting a dumpster to a job site, and he always comes through. Best dumpsters in the area! These guys are prompt, professional, and courteous. They really worked within our time frames. We had a problem where the dumpster, was in our way.. And they gladly moved it for us, quickly! We really appreciated how they respected our time, in regards to getting the job done...
