Greenway is very prompt. Like that. Major complaint, I get 7 days then they start tacking in fees. Bestway has no time limit. So bestway is my new dumpster company. read more

Recently gave greenway a chance after the company I have used to years couldn't get me a dumpster for the days I needed. The entire process with greenway was tremendous. The initial call felt like I was talking to my best friend. Office staff was very helpful and seemed to accept my predicament as their own and came to the rescue. We recently purchased a home on several acres on the west side of Indy. It's a fixer upper and the previous home owners left quite a few things behind in the 2 large barns. As we began the cleanup, we knew that we would need to dispose of everything left behind in addition to the demolition debris and yard waste. We called Greenway and we are so glad that we did! They are very knowledgeable and helped us determine what size dumpster would be best for us based on our needs. They had top-notch customer service and their drivers did a great job placing the dumpsters right where we had marked. We ended up having a dumpster onsite for over 6 months and each time one would get full they were prompt in coming to remove it and delivering the next one. This company stole from me and charged my credit card an extra $250 without written consent or any authorization whatsoever. When I called to talk to them about it after seeing the transaction on my card and I told the guy I wanted my money back he started swearing at me. It has been a nightmare to deal with the credit card company and get my money back but not only will I be writing reviews everywhere about my experience I will be contacting an attorney to bring any an all legal actions possible against them. read more

Greenway Dumpsters significantly cracked my driveway. I took pictures during the delivery and texted them to the company immediately. When he called I asked for a simple discount to off set the price and they said they can't do that. It's a business. You can choose to offer a discount if you want to for messing up a customer's driveway. They offer random discounts frequently throughout the year. Very disappointed for how I was treated for a being a repeat customer. This will be the last time I use their service. read more
