I reached out to Samsara as a new homeowner in the area back in July. I had 3 very large (one…read moregiant) Doug Firs on my property which bordered 2 of my neighbors, and they needed to be pruned. I gathered 4 different quotes, and theirs was right in the middle. I felt really comfortable talking with Ben- a senior arborist and climber-about the job. This was probably the main reason I went with Samsara. On the day of the job 5 young gentlemen reported for duty. They spent from 0900 to about 1600 to prune the trees, There were 2 climbers. After I inspected- I felt there was a little more that could be done to the largest of the 3 Firs. I asked for Ben to come out to assess the job. He said they did great on the upper limbs but saw my concern for the lowers and agreed to come back. I also had him look at a Blue Spruce on the street side of my property that I discovered had some sort of root rot (continuous water engagement) and a pretty severe lean and he agreed it could be a concern. I received a second quote for this work and it was more than reasonable. They scheduled me within 2 weeks- which was today- and I was amazed at the quick work they made of these two elements of the job. Ben was the climber/detailer for the big Fir, and two other gentlemen made quick work of the Spruce removal. Very, very minimal disruptions for my neighbors on the roadway! Also, I have to say that the estimates they provided for both jobs were very detailed and included lot photos and tree site identification- by far the most professional of all the quotes I received. I'm very happy with the work they have done and will continue to use them as the need arises whether for planned (or unplanned) tree maintenance and emergencies. 100% recommend!

It truly is not often in life that you find someone like Britton Cooper aka The Woodcracker. Beyond…read morethe great skills he possesses, he is a man of his word, a pleasant, polite person to deal with. He responded to my email quickly. Corresponded with me through texts including giving me a quote for the job which I found to be a great value. He arrived on time and safely cut down and removed a 30-foot-tall tree in the front yard and he and his son cleaned up the lawn, sidewalk, and street. No mess at all left behind. On the second job two weeks later, he came alone, followed my request to trim off the lower branches of four large trees in the back yard. There were a LOT of branches! These would surely be on the lawn in the next ice storm! And just like last time, these branches don't rebound. This was disaster prevention. He hauled away all the branches off the lawn, then raked the entire length of the 63 feet long by 8 feet deep bed underneath the trees! I did NOT expect that kind of cleanup! I haven't seen that bed so clean in years! He used a blower and cleared the driveway, sidewalk and street of anything that fell during the removal. Brad and his team travelled to Ashland and removed over 50 trees from our property. Some of the…read moretrees were 50 to 60 feet high and Beez's did a remarkable job in falling the trees and chipping and stump grinding and in removing all the debri. Brad was able to do the work with his Team of 8 guys in 2 days. The local tree service companies had me on the schedule and the earliest they could do the removals was 60 days from the time if their quote. My wife and I are extremely pleased in the work performed by Beez Tree Service and with Brad and his team. Brad was very competitive in his pricing and completed the job in 2 days compared to the local tree service company saying it would take 3 days and there quote was higher.
