The story: We had several local tree companies come by to check out our tree and give us an estimate for removal. Most said it was too high-risk to climb, and we'd have to temporarily move our carport and part of our fence to get the right equipment in, so they wouldn't even quote us. The one quote we did get was steep. Finally, someone recommended Beez Treez to my husband and we gave them a call figuring it couldn't hurt to try. Brad came by, said the tree was no problem and a quick job, gave us a much more reasonable quote, and we scheduled with them for the tree removal the following day. Brad was up in the tree for no more than 20-30 minutes, tops. Total pro, got the job done quick, and worked really well with the guys on the ground. The remaining job was spent on cleanup - chipping smaller limbs on site, picking up any debris that had fallen, etc. They were in and out in under an hour and a half and left our yard nice and clean. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately, MTC was the highest bidder (by far) so I really had to go with a more economical choice. Found a small, local company with a great arborist who bid well under 1/2 what MTC was asking. So, if you are price conscious you might want to look at obtaining several quotes. If your prime objective is great service from staff and a great outcome from the crew who does the work, I'm sure you will be happy with these guys. Even though I wound up choosing a different company I felt that anything short of a five star review would be inappropriate since I was totally happy with the treatment I received from everyone working there.
