Instead, we opted to get the standard flooring options and after we bought the house, we went back and hired Clark Creative Tile to do the tile work. We also went to European Tile Art which has a huge selection of tiles. They have a relationship with European Tile Art since Janet is the wife of the owner of Clark Creative Tile. We worked with Janet, Candice, and Trish and they helped us figure out how we wanted to design our bathrooms and living room. After that, we hired Clark Creative Tile to do the work. Clark Creative Tile did all of my floors and a wall of tile with them and it has been the best experience we've ever had with anyone in construction and home remodeling. We were very lucky to have stumbled upon Gary, Ryan and Carl. They are a family run business and small businesses such as this one are the very best at making sure there is high quality and satisfaction with their work. After all, their reputation is on the line. The tile setting was done very professionally with attention to detail. I'm a perfectionist so I know another perfectionists when I see a team of one! Clark Creative Tile was great in keeping their communication lines open with us at all times. They were also flexible with our scheduling needs. The tile work was done beautifully and their motto hit it right on the head when they said that when a tile job is done right it looks seamless. With bad tile work such as the one done by the builder, you see the problems right away. We are very happy with the results and their team went above and beyond our expectations. For any work in the future for us and our friends, we will certainly recommend Clark Creative Tile! Clark Creative Tile will drive to you anywhere in San Diego County. So we used Clark Creative the first time and oh my goodness, we had to have them come back because some other contractor botched a job. We had a situation where the shower tiles were put in that were not even at all. The shower was not draining properly because there were so many large pits and wells. We wanted to switch out the pebbles for flatter mosaics, having purchased the very expensive mosaics at a tile store. After we bought the mosaics, the contractor that originally put in the shower floor claimed that there was no way that they could put in the mosaic tiles because the joints were so tight. They just refused to do it. Clark Creative Tile does custom work and so we knew that they would be more than competent and be able to figure out how to put the mosaics in. They were able to do it easily and we were so happy that we were able to find them. Definitely use them because they are that good! They can do jobs that other tile contractors claim can't be done. If you have that problem, you should call the Clark guys right away!

He was late to the first appointment and did not give me any advance notice that he would be running behind. I understand when previous appointments can run long but you need to keep potential customers notified. It was especially inconvenient given that I had to leave work to meet with Kevin. I had a follow up appointment on the same day and the scheduled person was not available until 2 hours after the appointment time. Needless to say we were no longer interested in their services. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional experience.

The very first time we used him was for a refinance. My wife and I were both young and very new to the housing market at the time. Brad, Janine and the entire team were so incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process and educated us along the way. Since my first positive experience with them, I've used them for all of our future real estate purchases. This past November, we closed on our new house in Encinitas with a tight timeframe. The loan process is now much more involved and time consuming than it used to be thanks to recent events. Express Funding came through with shining colors. Not only did we close on time without any issues. They really took ownership of the loan process and keep us informed along the way. What I value most about Express Funding is the customer service. I don't have to call them to check on the status of anything. They would call, text or email me so I was always informed and involved during the process. This is not my area of speciality and it's very refreshing to have a professional company working FOR me who understands my time constraints. Express Funding is much more of a partner than anything else.

They offer such high quality and professional services without the headaches of typical construction projects that I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a unique and BETTER experience with property investments. They made my vision a reality with a remodel including new hardwood flooring, refinishing kitchen counter tops, new paint throughout the entire house, a beautiful bathroom vanity and mirror replacement, installation of French doors in the master bedroom, and a new exterior deck with a custom designed ladder to the roof-top patio. They took the time to get to know me as a customer in order to ensure everything about their work was custom and fit my taste and style. After loving the outcome of my beach house, I have already asked them to come back to build a surf shower, surf racks, a rooftop cabana, and a Zen succulent garden. I also invest in multiple properties around Southern California and will be using Atlas for all future remodels and rentals. It provides such ease to have all services of property investing provided by one company where I know they deliver the results I expect, if not better. It's an extremely difficult industry to find reliable, professional, and enjoyable people to work with such as the Atlas team and I am fortunate to have had such a positive experience with this flip and I'm sure more to come!

I must admit I was reluctant to consider a property management company to take over my rental…read moreproperty for me. Fact is I was doing fine with reasonable effort to maintain the place and garner a decent rent.....or so I thought. I contacted several companies and after speaking with the guys at Atlas A.I. my thoughts on farming this out changed completely. They clearly have a grasp on their industry that impressed me right out of the gate. They walked me through from start to finish the elements of my rental, the market rents for the area, the trending of real estate and rental values in general and by the end of it we had an excellent plan laid out. In short order; we had comprehensive plan to renovate my property within my budget and in a way that made sense for the returns. In no time we had new well qualified tenants in place at a market rent that I thought unattainable before partnering with Atlas A.I. Not only was my property in much better condition and worth more as a result, but it was cash flowing better than I thought it could, with nearly zero effort on my part. I literally just watch the checks hit my account now. On top of that, the tenants they found treat my property better than any before because they were well chosen and the property is much nicer and they clearly want to keep it that way. Everything I thought about real estate investing and management has changed, but one thing is for sure; Atlas A.I. will be my partner on many more to come, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know looking for an excellent and trustworthy company to work with.
