I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. I requested a quote to clean my large sectional sofa plus ottoman and within 30 minutes I got a response from Shane. Within minutes of that I received a quote. Shane is incredibly professional, organized, and responsive. He texted me the day before the appointment as a reminder of the service. He was able to fit me in quickly so that my sofa could be ready (dry) by a specific date for a party and he answered all of my questions. His business partner, Brian, was the one to clean my sofa. He called on his way to my house with an update of his arrival time. He spent a few hours doing impeccable work, no corner left unturned. And he did some of my throw pillows as an extra courtesy that I didn't even intend/expect! He left my sofa looking vibrant and refreshed, and he cleaned up after himself so you didn't even know he was here! Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry.
