I made it clear to him that I was very interested, including adding it to my insurance, calling the notary to verify they were open. Called him back to say all was good and that I was on my way. He told me not too come until after 1 as the car was buried under snow and ice. I made it very clear I was very interested and driving well over an hour to get there, not to mention setting up a ride to get there. I arrived shortly before 2, walked in and told him I was there to see the car. He said it sold earlier that morning. At this point I'm thinking this guy is pulling my leg, they must have pulled the car inside to clean it off. But nope, instead I got a bunch of attitude that "this stuff happens all the time.". She went back and asked one of the owners about it and they said "oh yeah, only the dealer can correct that issue, we aren't allowed". He was nothing but rude about it. I called a few days later to further understand why he didn't know up front that they weren't able to complete the job. He acted like they didn't know the mirror needed to be calibrated and basically lied to me that it wasn't known at the time of the estimate. Meanwhile when the vehicle was picked up he acted like they didn't even know. I would not trust them ever again and they don't deserve anyone's business.
