    They came back and took care of me . I talked with Kendall and it seemed like a battle at first but he did take care of it. Sent technicians out and did the job. Thanks and much appreciated

    Very Disappointed - Poor Customer Service Despite Being a Loyal Customer…read more I have purchased three HVAC systems and multiple additional products from 911 Mechanical over the years, so I expected better treatment as a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed by how they handle warranty issues. The Carrier thermostat in my main home (covered under manufacturer warranty through 2030) has a failed LED display and needs replacement. It's a simple plug-and-play device worth around $250, but 911 Mechanical refuses to send me the part unless I pay a $189 "diagnostic" fee for a problem I've already identified. I could replace the thermostat myself in two minutes, yet they're hiding behind policy instead of helping a long-standing customer. This is not the first time I've been charged this $189 service fee. Previously, they charged the same amount just to tell me the system was giving frequent air filter alerts--something that also didn't require extensive diagnosis. I'm deeply frustrated. The lack of flexibility, poor customer care, and the recurring $189 service charge for minor or known issues is unacceptable. When a company treats even its best customers this way, it says a lot about their priorities. I cannot recommend 911 Mechanical anymore. There are better HVAC companies out there that value their customers and stand by their work--and warranties--without nickel-and-diming. I would have given 1 or 2 rating but no one reads such a low rating due to sometimes a personal conflicts.
