All over the taquitos and the chicken tostada too. The chicken in the taquitos are hard as jerky. The rest of the chicken in the taquito is super dry. The bean salad is so-so, has overcooked peas in it, corn, bland beans, red pepper, tomatoes. The chicken fajita is okay, a tad dry, there's some tomatillo or salsa verde in the grilled chicken with the red pepper, green peppers and onions. Chalupa was not what I thought it was going to be basically it's a thin tortilla with a bunch of toppings piled on top of it that you just basically eat off of it with a fork. You can't pick it up and hold it as it's too heavy and the tortilla sits in sauce and other sides that then make it fall apart. My wife said her vegetable fajita was pretty good as well. The giant chimi is what I typically get at my favorite place, and this establishment did such a great job, I no longer have to drive out far to get it. A reasonable gesture would have been removing the onion-filled burrito from the bill or addressing the problems when they first occurred.
