The staff members there are really friendly and nice, the owner enjoyed me being a patron that she invited me back as the other Osmow's location I've been to wasn't quite as nice both food and staff members (attitude). The interior decor and the menu/signage is really nice and easy on the eyes to order. They have a google review where you give them a great review you get a free can of soda or water. Mind you, the review I am giving is not bias and just based on my 2nd time at this establishment. Will definitely come back to dine in once the covid19 pandemic is lifted.

couldnt believe it. my girlfriend convinced me to try out their new location cause she loves mexican food. i resisted but finally gave it a shot and gad damn i was impressed with the service and quality of food i recieved. i got one of their deep fried-fish bowls, i literally do not understand how they can make money off of it since it was enormous. dont understand how it was only 8 dollars. all the ingredients were incredibly fresh, the new enviroment was very welcoming and relax-o-ing, haha. the guy who made my food was also incredibly kind and helpful. all and all a million times better than i expected. get there now!!! read more

Went here while visiting from out of town. I got the (fake) beef burrito, which turned out to be seitan. It was amazing, the size was good and the guac was amazing. The friends I went with both loved what they got (a veggie burrito and a chicken burrito) and raved about the food as well. The main reason I'd go back- which I plan to- was for the excellent customer service, which went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Overall a good experience and would recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious Mexican food, I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. read more

All in all, the food was good. Not very flavourful, but fresh. I had the "famous fish tacos" and to be honest, it was a portion size fit for my 5 yr old. The music was not inline with their Mexican theme. It was heavy metal, an obvious personal favourite of the employees. The decor can benefit from some attention and pride, just 2 hats, a cactus and a sculpture isn't convincing. I left Rancho Relaxo starving, and out over 10 bucks. Very good food. Had to give 3 stars though because the faux chicken was nice and warm but the toppings were very cold. You order at the counter and select your add-ins before ending up at cash. I ordered a salad bowl and they did ask me if I wanted rice so I was able to add that on. Pro tip, if you normally get a bowl and the lettuce is annoyingly poofy on top, you can get a salad and just add rice to it. It's essentially the same thing. They did warn me that guac was an extra charge before they put it on my salad at my request. This Chipotle cut their chicken in huge meaty chunks which was a nice change. It kept the chicken more moist in this case. We also ordered a side of chips. These were crispy and salted really nicely. Will be back at this location when the craving hits!

He got two chicken pastors, a Bang bang shrimp, a Carne asada, and a pescado. I tried to order an elote but it seems they were out. I've already tried it before and just wanted to relive the goodness, so it was no big deal. It was quite busy that Sunday afternoon (we usually go on Thursday afternoons which is far less busy) but we were able to grab a table. The tacos were amazing as usual. I like how they use different tortillas for each tacos which complement each the protein inside the taco. For example, they double wrap the chicken pastor, and the birria tacos use a tortilla that can handle the dip. I also love their choice of toppings. I think the hickory sticks with the Carne asada work so well together, and the chicken pastor with the pineapples are so delicious. When we got the chicken pastors that Saturday, they didn't put pineapples on ours, but I assume they ran out. I've actually tried all of their tacos, and my favourites are definitely the Bang bang shrimp and the Pescado. The flavours just hit! I was pleasantly surprised by the Thai sweet chili cauliflower one. My boyfriend was telling me deep fried cauliflower tastes way better than normal cauliflower, and this taco delivered. The Thai sweet chili flavour really works. If you are planning to order 4+ tacos at a time, note that they deliver the tacos generally at the same time. I would resist the urge to wait until all tacos are on your table before eating as the tacos will cool down. Some tacos can handle the wait (like the birria) while other tacos are best enjoyed right away (like the shrimp and pescado). Overall, an amazing place to get tacos. Make sure you also try their other dishes, as well as their drinks, as they are quite unique and delicious too!
