With many months of coordinating back and forth with Tatiana it ended up being not what we had agreed on each and every time we met, she kept switching it on us. Originally the plan was our ceremony was going to be held at 4:00PM where we were told we were going to be provided with enough chairs for our wedding party. We were also told in our package we would be provided with cake knives that we would keep. The best part we were also told we would be able to have 4 food certificates where we could go eat at the casa Torres restaurant to try the food, we were even given the certificate in hand! Tatiana said all we had to do was tell her a couple days in advance so that she can let management know. So a couple months came and I called Tatiana and told her that my husband and I wanted to schedule a food tasting for the following week she then told me that I need to only tell her a couple days before. Something came up so we didn't end up going the weekend we said we would. So couple months went by and I called Tatiana again and told her that my husband and I wanted to go the following day to the restaurant and try the food that's where she proceeded to tell me that she never promised me that and that the way it works is I need to tell her my food items that I selected to see what event that they will have the similar food items we chose. (So what was the purpose of the certificate if that's true?) As the months went on as we got closer to our big day Tatiana started to become a little rude (maybe because they were starting to get all the money and figured who cares if the business happens or not) in April we were set to do a final walk through and invitations were already sent out and Tatiana then said the ceremony was set for 3:30pm and that chairs would not be provided for the wedding party. She also advised guests can start arriving at 3:00pm and The wedding came and she did not allow people to go in until exactly 3:30pm. We did not get the promised cake knives. But overall I think what made it was how beautiful the venue came together and also the very kind servers, They served my husband and I, they continued to check on us. They were friendly and amazing .

The one thing everyone remembered of our party was the food, in particular the BBQ Lamb Chops! We ordered salads and appetizers, cold and hot. And had pass around BBQ kabobs. And dessert and fruit. It gave us ample time to find the perfect venue for our June 20, 2020 wedding, and best backyard weddings was definitely it. Rosie and Ashley (as well as everyone I met in their family) were so kind, and you could tell it was the kind of business run from the heart. Every time I went up there to look at things and talk things over, I was more and more in awe of the beauty and fun of the location, but also of their kindness and support of our journey. Fast forward to March of 2020 when the world came to a stop. Rosie and I had multiple conversations about postponing or not, and with tears in my eyes, I eventually did decide to delay it, wanting the wedding to be perfect, not truncated. My husband and I got legally married in our backyard and anxiously awaited our "real" wedding, rescheduled for June 19, 2021. Well, my family has had an extremely rough year both emotionally and physically, and as we inch closer and closer to our wedding date, it became quite apparent to me that my family has not healed enough to have our dream wedding. The dress sits in the closet never worn, the bridesmaids dresses are collecting dust, yet the right thing to do was to cancel. Rosie showed the utmost kindness and compassion to our situation, and it brought me to tears even more, as over the past 2 plus years they have come to feel like family. One day, I hope we can do a vow renewal there, as it truly is the only place I can imagine having my special day. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Express Party Rental…read more They were hired by a guest who rented my property. Their team arrived with a large SUV, a box truck, and two pickup trucks. Despite several requests, they parked their vehicles in a way that blocked my driveway entrance and significantly obstructed the street. I tried to address the situation directly with Rafael and asked him why the vehicles could not be moved inside the property/driveway so they would not block my driveway or the street. Instead of acknowledging me or even having a conversation, Rafael literally turned his face away from me, completely ignored what I was saying, and continued unloading chairs from the truck as though I wasn't standing there speaking to him. I had to continue trying to get his attention because I was unable to move my own vehicle due to the way they had positioned their vehicles. This was not a situation where I was being unreasonable or asking them to stop working - I was simply asking them to move their trucks so they would not block my driveway and obstruct the street. When I eventually confronted him about why he was refusing to move the vehicles, Rafael stated that the company had a policy against bringing the trucks into the driveway/property. Later, when I asked for the owner's information so I could speak with the owner about the incident, Rafael identified himself as the owner of the business. The situation became even more uncomfortable when multiple members of his team began recording the interaction, seemingly as though I was doing something wrong, when I was simply the property owner asking them to stop blocking my driveway and the street. At one point, another vehicle on the street was also unable to pass because their vehicles had completely obstructed the roadway. I understand that party rental companies need space to unload equipment, and I am generally very accommodating to vendors working at my property. However, there is a major difference between temporarily unloading equipment and refusing to address a homeowner who is telling you that your vehicles are blocking his driveway and obstructing the street. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of professionalism and communication. Turning away and ignoring the property owner while continuing to unload equipment, rather than simply having a conversation and finding a reasonable solution, was extremely disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Express Party Rental. Professional vendors should be able to communicate respectfully, respond to reasonable requests, and make an effort to avoid creating access problems for the property owner and neighboring vehicles.

We took our kids, ages five and three, and all four of us had a blast. The venue was excellent, with a sizable entryway in addition to the main banquet hall. The entry area was a great practical space, with room for a bar and caricature artists, as well as bathroom access. The main hall was massive and glamorous, with high ceilings and giant chandeliers. The lighting was festive and frequently pink or purple. There were probably twenty tables set up on either side of a dance floor, and dinner was served family style at those tables. I don't know if the food was provided by the venue, but it was good, as was the service. There was a lot to put out and clean up, and I could tell the staff was keeping busy. The quince involved a lot of dancing, some of it choreographed and in costume--both quinceañera attire and, at one point, inflatable cow suits. The live band was fun, as were the sparkler machines, and at the end of the night, we were joined by two larger-than-life dancing robots (performers who had to be wearing stilts) bearing gifts of balloons and light sticks. Our boys had the time of their lives tearing it up on the dance floor. We only took them home when our three-year-old got scared of the robots, probably because it was way past his bedtime. If you're looking for a venue for a big celebratory event, Avanti Banquet Hall is worth checking out. It can definitely handle a high-energy party.
